I'm glad Macy's is on the verge of bankruptcy. Perhaps Martha Stewart shaking her cans in home furnishings can turn things around.

Called three time today without leaving a message.

I too get in the rotation with this number...they will call for days and numerous times. Even on the 4th they called my phone 3 times, Sunday 4 times and already began today - early. I called back and they indicate they are with Macy's. I just said i was checking who continued to call and was rude to never leave a message~then I hung up on them this time."They" will begin to call if you are the slightest bit late on your payment. You could have paid it at 6:00 pm on the day your payment is due but "they" will call until the payment hits the system or you threaten them about calling~you do have a right to call your state and report them...I suggest to do it especailly with what this goverment is going to do to hurt our abilities to use any credit line. This will be nothing compared to what may be coming in the future.

They are rude and unhelpful. Regardless of their association with Macy's , I suggest all those that have accounts go to their nearest Macy's and deal with the issues in person. There are way too many scams coming up due to our reliance on credit, internet and telephones, that it really is best dealing with the problems in person.

This IS A SCAM! I have no Macy's card and they called my number, which is unlisted, and did not leave a message. Thankfully I am on the no call list and have already reported them to the State Attorney General's office. If you receive a call from this number, do not answer, report it immediately to your State Attorney General's office for prosecution for fraud.

They called many, many times pretending to be Macys and told us we were late, which in fact we were late 1 day with our Macy;s payment. These people said I can pay now and asked for my account number, he must have put the speaker phone on by accident,,,,, all I heard was Indian accented people laughing in the back ground,, I immediately hung up called the number on the back of my card and canceled it! I did let them know what was going on with these calls

this number has called 8-10 times a day for two weeks. so f'in annoying. they asked for my first and last name today to be taken off their list. i gave them the number and they still JUST CALLED AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! I so wish we could sue companies who do this.

This is a total scam, we have no debt and no card and they call my finace' 3-6 times a day! Ridiculous! Its always an Indian accent too, which makes you think its outside the US and they are tapping through the phone system. We reported it to the FTC and the Do Not Call Federal Agencies recently. Lets hope some action can be taken on these dirtbags within the next few weeks.

Paid them some. Told them I'd pay more on the 15th, and I STILL get phone calls every DAMN day. If I only had a job. ugh !
