YEP!!!! I found this after looking up the number on the internet. I agree, Macy's is a scam. You have one card and even if you sign up on my check free (which they say is their preferred payment method) it only pays one side, the Macy account side. How stupid is this? I told her that when I'm all paid up I will be getting rid of it because this is ridiculous to have 2 different accounts with the same card. I have enough to worry about. I made them credit the late fees and finance charges. Another thing, when I called up, the auto phone person wanted me to recite my ENTIRE social security number. I just kept saying NO, I want to talk to an agent.

We are a place of business and get numerous calls daily from 513-754-9822. No one speaks when we answer the phone and this is very disruptive to our daily business.

I just called Macy's customer service and alerted them to someone impersonating their billing department in order to perpetrate an identity theft. They were very concerned and will be inititing legal action. We'll see if the calls stop or if they just switch numbers or something. Somehow they have gotten a list of phone numbers of Macy's cardholders. Inside job, likely.

I have lodged a complaint on this number with the Attorney Generals Office in Missouri.

I have received numerous, unsolicited calls from this number both day-and-night. Caller ID shows only "OHIO." The caller never leaves a message. The frequency and time of the calls is an annoying nuisance - bordering on harassment.I request the calling stop.

Voice messages left on cell phone 5 consecutive days by 3 different voices asking for a Melinda or Donald E. (they don't know how to pronouce last name. Asking to call 1-800-545-1256 about and important business matter. I am not the person they are looking for and have no important business matter to discuss with strangers using my cell minutes! I keep having to delete messages and reset voice message notices just for these idiots! My carrier will not block the incoming phone number!!!

I just answered a call here at work from that number. Someone who claimed to be John Garrity asked for a person I'd never heard of. Told him there was no one by that name here and he said oh, she gave me this number. Idiot.

This number called constantly and I never answered until today. They asked for my recently deceased sister.I asked what this was about and they asked for the name of the person handling the estate. I asked again what this is about and I will tell you, they refused. Thank good ness this sort of information is online.

We receive calls from 513-754-9822 at least 4 times per week. We live in Missouri. Thinkimg that it is a telemarketer I ususally just answer and hang up. This time I answered and they asked for my son who has a Macys acct, noonelse in the home has an acct with macys. I told them that he was not home and asked if I could take a message. He left me an 800 phone number and when I sked what this call was in regards to, the response from the caller was: " ask him to call Billy Stewart in regards to a personal matter". We are not returning the call.

I get at least five phone calls a day and no message.
