That happened to me too!!! I was so mad bc I kept paying them and they were saying I wasn't paying them. Then I ended up with late fees and a higher interest rate. Took some time before I realized what they were doing!!! That their ONE card was like TWO cards! I never would have signed up for that if I knew. It is such a scam. Who wants to pay the same card twice a month??? It shouldn't be legal! Macy's wouldn't help me bc they told me that the sales person is required to tell the consumer how the card works! No one told me and no one helped me later. I learned I had to carefully check the account number of every bill and pay with checks to I know it was going to the right place. Pain in the a**. I stopped using that card and I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and the FCC. I can't believe a company can get away with that!And now these endless calls for no reason! I hate Macy's!!!

I haven't used my Macy's card in over a year; 2 weeks ago I used it and I immediately got these phone calls both on my home and cell phone constantly since. Since I had no balance until 2 weeks ago I know that I am not overdue on a payment. I plan on NEVER using this card again...the harassment isn't worth the coupons that they send every-so-often!

I have received so many calls from this number for the past week that I have lost count. They call several times a day, at all hours, and even called on a Saturday morning. I never answer the phone when I don't recognize the number, and this one seemed extra fishy (Ohio? Come on. And no voicemails left? Why call from all the way in Ohio and not leave a message?) Well, they called today when I was in a meeting, and I got so ticked off I answered it. I could hear the telltale "click" after I said a few hello's, and then I commenced with playing dumb and acting like I didn't know the person they were trying to reach. The only info they gave me was that they were calling from "credit customer service," which doesn't even make sense. I hung up on them. Looks like I'll continue to not answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. Shame on them for wasting my time, and my minutes! Somebody stop these jerks!

You're full of it, "mrk," because the people being called by and large don't even HAVE Macy's accounts! Read the thread. Do your research!

Thank God I'm not the only one receiving strange calls from this number with no voicemails! They have called me THREE times today, the first one received at 8:35am. Un-freakin-believable. How can we get this issue solved? This is out of control. And the most ridiculous part--I DON'T HAVE A MACY'S ACCOUNT!

This number called my cellphone twice. Just like the others, the woman on the other line claimed she is from Macy's. I quickly told her I know that this is a spam and to quit calling! I hope nobody gives their information to these people!

Caller ID says Mason, OH. These calls come in at all parts of the day - very annoying as I have to get up to answer my landline each time. Help!

i got woken up at 8am from this 1-513-754-9822. i didnt answer and i dont have voice mail set up. so they called again at 10 so i answered and the guy was persistent in acknowledging if i was "mrs. so and so" so i said im not identifying myself, and if you have business you need to state it, and he wouldnt tell me ANYTHING, so i told him if he didnt state his business i was done, and i hung up, but its been like this for days now. and i may have a late payment but it IS in the mail, its too soon for collections.im annoyed. i googled the number and found this site here.
