Hello Anyone,I RECEIVED THE CALL FROM THIS PHONE NUMBER TO MY HOME PHONE TOO. THEY ARE CALL REPEATLY 4 TIME A DAYS AND VERY BOTHER YOU. I CALL THE MACY'S DEPARTMENT AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONFIRM THIS NUMBER BELONG TOO THEM. THIS IS INTERNAL COLLECTION OF MACY'S DEPARTMENT AND THEY ARE HIRE CHEAP INDIAN OR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT WORKING FOR THEIR STUFF. I CALL THEM BACK AND REQUEST REMOVE FROM MY HOME PHONE. I ALSO FILE COMPLAINT WITH WWW.FTC.GOV ( FEDERAL TRADE COMMMISIONER) . I COULD FILE COMPLAINT WITH MY MINNESOTA STATE ATTORNEY BUT DUE TO CALL COME REPEATLY HEAVY SO I GO HEAD FILE WITH FTC. THEY ARE CALL TRIED COLLECT PAST DUE, MISS PAYMENT. I AGREED SOME MESSAGE ABOVE. IF YOU ARE PROFESSIONAL OR BIG DEPARTMENT STORE YOU SHOULD CALL , LEAVE A MESSAGE OR SEND FORMAL LETTER TO MR/MRS YOUR ACCOUNT PAST DUE PLEASE SEND PAYMENT OF???? THIS IS HOW THEY ARE SHOULD DO INSTEAD HIRED BUNCH OF [***] HOLE SIT IN LITTLE SPACE AND CALL TO PEOPLE HOME. I KNOW WHY A LOT AMERICAN LOSE THEIR JOB NOW BECAUSE WE HAVE SUCH COMPANY HIRING INTERNATIONAL PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM INSTEAD PAID FOR AMERICAN HIGH RATE AND BENEFIT. SECONLD I AM VIETNAMESE , MACY'S HAS BEEN IMPORT A LOT CLOTHES MADE IN FROM VIETNAM, TRUST ME ANYONE,,,DO NOT BUY ANY FROM MAKE IN VIETNAM..QUALITY VERY WORSE...THE MORE YOU BUY STUFF FROM MACY'S THAT MEAN YOU SUPPORT YOURSELF OUT OF JOB OR UNEMPLOYMENT. CAUSE IF THEY COULD SELL TO YOUR SO THEY WILL HAVE MONEY PRODUCT MORE STUFF FROM VIETNAM OR INDIAN, CHINA, PAKISTAN...I RECOMMEND ALL AMERICAN ABOVE DO NOT BUY STUFF FROM THIS DEPARTMENT STORE: MACY'S, JC PENNEY, KOHL'S, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR JOB CAUSE YOU SUPPORT THEM EXPORT JOB TO OVER SEA...

I F***ing KNEW IT! this # called me last week & left a msg for me to call back an 800# about an important bis matter... so i called, the young woman that answered sounded VERY UNprofessonal, i was then sure to play this conversation out very carefully. long story short- If this was indeed Macy's, Then why didnt this young woman know that i have 2 accounts with them!?,.. 1 account for before i was a Macy's employe and 1 account during time of employment(for employe discount purpose). i left off with her saying I would go to my nearest Macy's location and make a payment IN PERSON AS I ALWAYS DO. now its a Saturday morning and this F***ing # has the balls to call and wake me up before 9am !.. THIS IS WAR!

I owe Macy's nothing - zero balance - and have had an account - one account - never changed a thing - with them for 30 years. After randomly being harassed for about three weeks straight, seven days a week, I called Macy's Corporate. I spoke with a woman who seemed shocked when I told her about these calls. I explained that they hang up when I answer, they NEVER leave messages, and when I called the number back I spoke with two people with very limited English - difficult to communicate with and very rude. Since I called Corporate and explained the harassing calls, the calls have stopped. It was immediate - not one call since that day. This Corporate employee was very surprised after looking up my account, seeing that I was an excellent customer, and she was not happy that I will never, ever shop at Macy's again. It is stunning that Macy's allows this to happen. Very tacky and unprofessional and I doubt that it is legal. Goodbye Macy's!!!

called twice on my cell phone and twice on my home phone and have not left messages

I do not have a Macy's account but I do pay other bills online at mycheckfree.com. Wonder if the checkfree website is selling our names & phone numbers to 3rd party marketers. Also, I received the phone call to my cell phone, which would never be my primary phone # for any of my financial relatiosnhips. I did not answer the call so can't say if there was actualy a voice on the other end or not.

I did call the number back twice. Just to be sure I got it right. when the phone picked up on their side it answered in total spanish...?? Go figure.

I just called the ph# & spoke w/a Macy's rep (who happened to have an Indian accent) who simply said they would remove my phone# from their list since I do not have an account w/ either Macy's or Bloomingdales. He seemed pretty eager to get me off the phone & kept having me repeat my statements, claiming "a bad connection", which makes me wonder if the call was really from Ohio or overseas. I could hear him just fine.

THIS IS NOT MACY'S. I have reported this number to the police and have an open investigation with them. DO NOT BE FOOLED. Prior to filing a report with the police and state attorney's office I made sure that this was not a legitimate Macy's or Bloomingdale's number. I have read other posts that attempt to validate this number... Beware it could be the very people that have been calling us.

Frequent calls from above number are beginning to irritate, appears tobe auto-call. Never had a Macy card so couldn't be about that.

I get this call several times, though I pay Macy's in person at a store in cash. No issues with my Macy's account or "payment methods" or anything. This call seems to be bogus to me and can't get it off per do-not-call registry or anything. I also get several other total-spam calls that do not relate to me, I have saved the numbers as "Spam" "Spam1" etc. so I know it is such. Ugh!
