This 513-754-9822 number calls repeatedly. We run the billing for a fairly large advertising company from our home. I always answer by stating my company names. They always hang up but their multiple harrassment calls are a nuisance. I will report this to the State Attorney General as well as the FCC
Just received a 'missed call' from 513-754-9822. Too bad I have to google any unknown numbers nowadays before I answer the phone. Sites like this are helpful in clarifying that these are junk calls.
After receiving a minimum of 6 calls a day over the past month, (including late at night and early morning times) I called this number to request my number be removed from their list. At first the representative wanted my Macy's or Bloomingdale's account number - not! I spoke with a supervisor, Charles Dugan, who asked for the same info - LOL! I told him that any account has nothing to do with harassing phone calls. He has supposedly removed my number from their list; I told Charles Dugan that I will hold him accountable and report this harassment to the police if I ever receive another call from them.
I was called from phone number 513-754-9822 four to five times a day. This is unbelievable.
Between March 6th and March 3rd, I have received 20 calls from this number. I did take the initiative to email Macy's and got a reply within two days. Although it wasn't the one I was expecting It still gave me an answer as to who it is that is calling. I did reply with my number to remove from their system. I did warn that if I received any more calls I would be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
The current # 5137549822 is from a call center for Macy and Bloomingdales. They do not leave a message if a live person picks up the call, possibly due to it being initiated by a robot. Once you call them back you do not have to give them your social security number nor your credit card number, they will accept your telephone number that the account is associated with. Ask them to verify your last payments and the dates of those payments; this ensures that they are indeed the call center for your credit card. You can also opt to not talk with them until you are able to call the 800# that is associated with the credit card... the # that is printed on your paper statement or on their website.
