I don't answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. Thanks to all the postings here I've blocked this number on my GrandCentral account.
Have been getting calls from several different numbers saying LSA2 Doc BOC or US CENSUS BUREAU. I really doubt the government, as screwed up as it is, would play these games. But either way I will block the numbers no matter what they call themselves. Send me mail I can verify and maybe I'll cooperate but never, not ever by phone.
Caller said he was from the census bureau. Wanted to do a phone interview. Gave the wrong address for the phone number and wanted me to give him my correct address. I told him I had not heard of any census going on in our area and that I would not give out any information. Hung up.
I have had 2 calls claiming census bureau. They are calling my cell number which i never give out. Its a scam. They are spoofing the real number. How illegal is that. seriously, block the number. its a scam
Verified that the number is assigned to the Census Bureau in Tucson. It's not a scam to steal your identity.
They have been calling on and off for over 6 months. This census bureau survey is for their commerce division and is supposed to be voluntary. It is required every 3 months to participate. I don't want to do it and I don't return their calls.
