have been receiving a call to my cell.......i answered once, t'was a recording

You guys get mad about these calls because you have good service. you feel like there is nothing to be said about the service, because there was nothing wrong with it, so you feel the calls are harassing and you don't answer, and you're very rude on the phone. these calls are the reason your dealers do so well. If tons of the dealers' customers weren't getting calls about how they did all the time, they wouldn't strive to do better. If you had a bad service visit, and no one called to follow up on how your visit was, you would then complain that no one cared about how everything went. the calls aren't that big of a deal. you all just always need something to complain about.

just got this call...........no one was there when I answered.My BMW service experience has not been good, and their damn surveys don;t make me like it any more!!!

You guys complain about "getting home and seeing the company name on your caller ID 15 times". if it shows up on there 15 times, that means you weren't even there for the phone calls anyways, so why is it a big deal? If you were there to answer the phone the first time, it would only be on there once. and for those of you who think the best way for the calls to stop, is to say nothing... that's the best way TO get more phone calls. the best way to take care of it, is to answer the phone, and simply take the 2 minute survey, or tell them to take your name of the list, or just say "give them all 5's", or some other number between 1 and 5. the people who call you, have NO CONTROL over who gets called.

thanks for reporting. i get the same calls. likely from BMW - due to recent purchase. i doubt the service was all 5s, i just wont pick up so the sales rep wont get fired. haha.

You are wrong there most people in this country that can afford BMW do so not because they are smart, but because they are theives. Show mw a business owner, and I show you someone that is paying their employees too little, charging their customers too much and think too highly of themselves. I know a landscapper that pays illegal alliens $6.00 an hour under the table charges his clients as if he pays them $50 an hour, he does no work and drives you guessed it a BMW.

I've gotten half a dozen calls to my cell phone, all starting within a few days of taking my car in for servicing. Since then, I've had a few more telemarketing calls and a random text message at 4:30 a.m. I would not advise you to give your cell phone number to BMW and to make sure you're added to the Do Not Call list.

YOU ARE A JEALOUS PRICK AND CAN'T AFFORD A BMW, THAT'S WHY YOU HATE SO MUCH ON BMW OWNERS. GO TO SCHOOL, GET AN EDUCATION, THEN YOU CAN BUY A BMW.

Got a call from 541-322-4132 saying they called from BMW Corp ? Who are they ? do they just call randomly ???? do i need to report this to anyone ?
