I gave my sales person and service person a very bad rating but they just laughed about it saying the ratings mean absolutely nothing. I plan to say that on the survey if someone actually is on the phone when I answer these calls.
Got a call on our cell phone. No message. I don't own a BMW. I did own a BMW about 10 years ago, but after the fifth time it was towed to the dealer while under warranty, I dumped it. At least it did not have the horrible iDrive. If you want to avoid tow-ins and other mechanical problems, buy a Lexus. I have two and neither has ever had anything go wrong.This junk call just doomed BMW from ever being on my search list for a new car.
Same problem..... I HATE these phone calls from BMW! Almost enough to get a different car! The only way I know it's them is when I call back the number and LUCKILY got a person quickly. They agreed to take my name off the calling list. We'll see! You just have to ASK to "Please take my name off the calling list". It's like a code and they have to agree.
I get these calls at least twice a day. By reading your posts, I'm assuming that this is the BMW group that calls customers that have had bad service experiences. My last 2 services visits have left me angry and humiliated. I'd like to blame a particular dealership, but the first service visit was in Los Angeles, the second in Atlanta. After the second one I threatened to create a website telling my story and exposing their crappy CPO program. I'm assuming that this is what they want to talk about."BMW:Great cars, crappy service"
Got a call from this number this afternoon. However, their recorded message (it was an auto-caller) that was left on my machine told me I needed to "call Lisa Martin at 1-800-493-0064 about an urgent matter." Plugging that number into Google leads me to complaints about some sort of scam posing as a collection agency. Is it possible that someone running two scams has gotten their wires crossed?

Called and asked me to return call about a musical instrument that must be returned immediately. Got my name wrong as well. Scammers.

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.

Sent an email trying to encourage people to call Bank of America at this number. As phishing attempt go, this one was better than most. I can smell these things a mile away.

Call identification states Rocket Mortgage. Never call back a call without checking number first. Never take the name on caller ID to be the true caller.
