To the mentally challenged individual who posted on 3/11, get this: I DON'T HAVE A CAR OR DRIVER'S LICENSE!Yet, I get at least 2-3 calls from this number every day and even on WEEKENDS! They did leave one message saying "My car was ready to be picked up" (!) after some minor repairs, but the tone of the caller sounded as if she were reading from a script, and she didn't sound like someone working for a BMW dealership. I don't care what others say, there's no way this is legit.Take into account that I have a prepaid cell, and there's no way anyone can say there's no harm.

Now, I've got one on all of you. I have never owned or even driven a BMW and still get these calls. For all of you BMW owners, do you wonder why these cars cost so much? How much do you think it costs the company to make all of these irritating calls???

Wow, I've had nothing but good experiences with my BMW dealership and the service center!! I'm sorry to hear that so many of you have had poor service!

I am very suprised by all of these negative responses. I have a BMW, I get great service, I will continue to purchase new BMW's. Maybe you unsatisfied customers need to have an experience with the good dealerships around - because they do exist. However, just tell them not to call and move on. They won't call 5 times a day if you simply tell them you would like them to stop.BMW makes great cars... they don't make the people who give you the crappy service! It's like a bad doctor - find a new one.

I don't see how you can be so forgiving of a company who uses an advanced phone system to auto-dial your cell phone repeatedly until you pick up like some obsessed girlfriend or maybe they are thinking they will win free concert tickets from me I don't know! Leave a message and stop having computers dial me!

I have received calls from this company 2-3 times/per day for the last four days. They identify themselves as calling from customer satifaction at BMW and wish to talk to "Greg" regarding recent auto repairs. I have now explained TWICE that not only is no one named Greg at our number, we DO NOT own a BMW. They have now verified the number twice, asked if my private residence was "Cypress Medical", apologized and stated they would remove our number. Still calling.

This number keeps calling and never leaving a msg.

These jerks call persistently and won't stopmakes me sorry i ever bought a BMW

I keep getitng these calls and had the same experience as every one else. Love my car, service was good, calls are annoying

Just call the number back and tell BMW you want to opt out of any surveys. I've been getting about 5 calls a day for 2 weeks now.
