Call from 713-981-0098 Global Tel. From some John in correctional facility. I blocked it. Don't know anyone from there, or a John in jail.
i just recieve a phne call with this number also last night !! oh gosh ! im so worried wid my brother and my girl friend !! n i did not even sleep all nyt just because of that.... but now know it that it comes with that boss revolution calling card !! its that legal ?
i got this call today, i miss the call since i didn't know the number. no messages. I then googled the number and found this site. i'm glad i found this site
I got 3 voice mail on my cell phone 2 numbers showed up as this number and the other did not show a number but all were wanting collect calls , one message said it came from the Winston county regional jail I don't know anyone who might be in jail but the call has worried me thinking that there might be someone trying to get a hold of use .
ive been in jail and i know ppl in jail i get calls from this number quite frequently. to get calls from inmates you must use a CC to put money on an account for ur phone number. its not a scam. quit trippin. if u want to talk to the person then put the money on and talk, if not hang up. no charge for that.
Have received this call on my cell phone twice stating it is fron Federal Correction and wanting my credit card. No way!
It started out saying "This is from a prisoner". You CAN'T hang up. We got three calls yesterday. One in the afternoon. Two around midnight. I had to unplug the phone.
Claimed a friend or loved one has been hurt and that i needed to call back some bogus number and they gave me some booking number. I recieved three more calls and refused to accept collect call after first call i accepted. The recording says north county correctional facility. I called San Diego police and they said this is not standard procedure for a prison to notify of an inmate
