What you say is true for countries with universal health care where citizens cannot be denied care and these services are used to minimize cost to the health system. However, in countries with insured health care like the USA, patient data gathered by these helpful services can and will be used by insurers to raise premiums, deny claims, etc. If you haven't seen Michael Moore's movie "Sicko," please do. I have United Health Care insurance, this was the specialty pharmacy calling in regards to a recently prior approved authorization for a prescription. He left a voicemail with a call back number, it was legit. The caller ID # is just the main switchboard #.

I received two calls on January 4th on my cellphone within an hour of each other. Not recognizing thethe number (763-274-3899), I googled this website to find out who it was. Now that I read everyone's experience with these calls, I am not calling back.

These people do not seem to get the message. They keep calling and getting through to my voice mail even though I have the number blocked, I even added another number that showed up (0117632743899) with no luck! I'm not even sure how this is happening!!The ID comes up as United Health Care, they leave a voice mail for someone that does not live here, claiming they are from Keystone Heath or E Scripts(?) and wish to "discuss medication management."

Two calls from this number today, one after the other, both of which I hit ignore. The first voice mail was a hang up, the second was a Stacy 'claiming' to be from my insurance company, UHC, representing something utterly illegible even though I listened to it repeatedly. The closest I gathered was 'navigate me'?So I called my insurance company as they always take excellent care of me, and asked if they have ANY program sounding remotely like that. The rep I spoke to said nothing sounded familiar about that to him so that was good enough for me!BLOCK!!

They've called repeatedly, It might be UHC trying to talk to me about how to "save money," but, I wouldn't know. When this number called today, I answered and said, hello. No answer. I usually hang up, but, this time I decided to wait. I put the call on mute so they can't hear my end, they've literally been on hold and haven't hung up for over 5 minutes. Really? If it is UHC, maybe I could save money if your employees weren't sitting on indefinite hold and doing their damn jobs.

I called UHC and they verified that this is a number from their corporation. It's to let members know of recent changes and what will be covered under the new plan. If a person tries to call back, many times one will not get through, because it's telephone lines that are set up for out going calls only.
