My neighbor got a call from a Maxine Billings at 404-492-7970 regarding an old credit card bill. I called and told them I was that person and what did they want. Said I owed this bill since 2003 and that Murray, Bradshaw and Associates was going to serve me and I should just stop the hiding and pay my bill. They had no clue who they were talking to and that I wasn't the person they initially called. My neighbor has no such credit card number and for some unknown reason, Maxine was not able to come to the phone. Told them to fax me the info and they hung up on me. Idiots.

Tell them to "cease and desist" and follow up with a certified letter. If they continue to call, let the local attorney general's office know. They can be fined quite a bit of money if they are told to stop calling and continue to do so.

Joshua Applegate at 404-287-0204 extension 105 called with "RSI Claims Processing Services" trying to collect a claim from "Murray Bradshaw and Associates"THESE GUYS ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU!!!!!!

Murray Bradshaw and Associates does not exist. Furthermore, they changed their name (again) from "Claims America" to "RSI Claims Processing Services." Hopefully when people are receiving these phone calls, they are reporting them to the FTC and FBI. People may fall for this scam and get their identity/money stolen.

The big picture is that you are the scumbag that did the scam on the bank. dont try to blame a collection agency for your own doing!

This crap is so blown out of proportion it's not even funny. these debts are valid debts and nobody impersonates federal agents. You people are a joke with all of your crying and complaining. Most of you dont even know who it is you are making these comments to. The FBI, FTC and local police havent done anything because there are no grounds for any action. This is just a bunch of dead beats that dont pay there bills. So go report all you want, the police think you are dead beat scumbags too.

You never answered the question about the big picture. All you did was attack the poster. The poster NEVER owed a delinquent bill. How would you know that And yet, its ok for this poster to get attacked? So now you open yourself to get attacked again, idiot. Get your facts straight before you go attacking the victims on this board. If I legitimately owed this debt, I would not be on this board defending myself or the other victims that are on here. And how is this blown out of proportion? Is that because people owe money too? Because once again, if this is idle gossip, then there are a lot of people on this board and other message boards that corroborate this scam. And yes it is a scam. Since you believe that people on this board are scam artists, then why are you on here too attacking the victims and defending the scam artist company? And how come you keep saying that this is all blown out of proportion? Someone with inside information would only defend this scam this way. So keep defending them, Federal Investigator Loomis. Keep calling grandmothers, old friends, old family members and keep leaving ambiguous harassing messages on their voice mails. Keep taking tax free dollars from people who do not know their rights. However, just know that the gravy train is drying up because people are getting wise to the SCAM, idiot.

Thought you'd like to know that "Bill" (he also posts under many other names but the consistent, unique typos and obnoxious manner always give him away) is part of the ClaimsAmerica-RSI-CMC Recovery scam. So debating him is pretty much a waste of keystrokes. :-)

I log on to see if he has the balls to answer any of our questions, and now he has shut up? I wonder, has he gotten arrested or has he just gotten tired of getting proven wrong time and time again?

Got my name wrong, no where near close to the person they're trying to scam/contact. Call came from North Texas, left no company name, nothing. Shady asf, 888 area code is commonly used by scammers so this may not be legit.
