I just heard a vm from these idiots. "This is (mumble, mumble) for _____ calling about a civil or criminal claim about to be filed in your county. Please call us back at 404-492-7970 to make payment. Refer to County Case number ________." Heard another mumble about Claims America.I will be calling them back and let them know that I am recording their call for my attorney!!!!

there is a new number 404-492-7970 this time the call was for my mom and greg belleme(spelling?????)was the case agent for a suit filled against her please call back so they do not have to arrest her.case number 4799.i wonder does anyone send money?????i have contacted law enforcement and i am going to send a certified letter with the return address of my attorny to the owner and see if he responds i will update later

My husband who has high blood pressure was sicken that I was being threaten to be taken to court. They only left a claims number. In my state they are suppose to identify where they are calling from in reference to a debt collection. I was almost conveniced because they gave the county name. Something told me to go online to look up the number. I was led to this site. It is good to know that we have an outlet to let others know what kind of bad people are out there. These defensive posts are either from the con men working for Claims America, or they are from someone who does not understand what is going on here. People are getting ripped off for debt that has either been paid or charged off. If you have received a phone call from these people you will understand the level of anxiety this has produced for many people. Please do not defend them until you know all of the facts. BTW, they have been a little quiet here. Just out of curiosity...has anyone received any phone calls from an FNCB? 775-322-0444? I started receiving collection calls from them when Claims America stopped.

No actually I do understand what is going on, People are being made accountable for the debts that they sign contracts for. First of all, charge off doesnt mean dont owe, It means delinquint and set to collections. It means after a certain amount of time goes by, the bank, the credit card company and who ever else these people owe money to get sick of not being paid back! so they either sell the debt for less than its worth or they go ahead and take people to court for the money they owe. what would you do? this country's econemy is awfull because of these people that dont pay back what they owe. If you just pay your bills when they are meant to be paid, these people would have no reason to call you. To tell you the truth I think this web site is nothing more than a place to try to make yourself feel better about not paying your bills and posting bad mouth comments about a company that is going to make you pay one way or another.. who is the bad guy? the one that rips off the bank or the bank that wants there money back.
