I have been through this once before and know that this is a total scam, but all of a sudden, 18 months later, they are calling and harrassing my family AGAIN!! First it was my Mom and my sister, now it is my in-laws! They called at 6:30 in the morning with the same threats of jail time, etc. I know better than to tell them anything, as did my husband, and we informed his parents of such. They are using old debts from my public bankruptcy record which I know they cannot legally collect on. How long before I can make this go away for good!!!
