I've recorded a few calls from your crackhead employees, dumb azz. I have you on tape making those very same threats more than once and it was so easy because the stupid morons you have working for you fall for my ploy everytime. You have violated several federal laws and it will be a pleasure to see you scumbag criminals caught and dealt with. Not only did the FTC get a copy of the threats, so did the BBB and the State AG in both GA and NY. Thanks for playing. You think everyone is as stupid as you?

They have called my mother twice and my sister leaving very rude messages,

I had a call on 09/28 7:00am pst from phone number 770-881-7088. They left no company name just a scott freeman claim to be a leagl invstestigator and threatened a civil suite and suubpoena against my deceased husband. I haven't responded. Nine months ago I recieved a dozon similar calls from a baltinmore phone number. The phones gragually became more and more agrresive.

These [***] called my dad, and disclosed the following to him (even though they had no way of knowing who he was, regardless)Debt amountCreditorPayments mademy full namethreatend SuitThreatened to call my mom with same infoMY FULL SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERand heres the kicker, they never asked for my number or address.

We got a call from them last night. Threated Jail and all that good stuff. Never recieved any mailings from them. I told them Last night we diputed the debt and that it was paid. Told us in order to stop the litigation and arrest actions we had to pay. Like a Dumb &^S I paid. This moring I called the orginal Debtor and they were going to investigate. I called back claim america to request that they stop or not put the payment through as I was disputing the debt. And that I wanted them to mail me a bill or a letter to the claim as I have 30 days from reciept to disput the claim. Nope that is not how it works. So I made my request, so now it is Leagle for the bank to stop payment or to recover the money. Meanwhile I contacted the Attorney General in Georgia and filed a complaint,same with FDIC and Federal trade Commision. If thre are enough complaints through them, they will investigate and shut them down.

Caller left message on answering machine advising of a debt I owed to a Discover Credit Card. The callers name was a 'Robert Tucci' and he advised that if I did not respond to this call that I would be served papers and taken to jail within 48 hours. This threatening, intimidating, unfounded telephone call got me furious. I returned the call and was put on hold for a long time and never speaking to this Mr Tucci. A 'Jason' was the person I ended up speaking with. He would not advise any info on the card, what was purchased, when it was purchased, etc. and did not even know what county or city I lived in. This type of intrusion into my life infuriates me since my credit rating is as high as it can go, I always pay my bills on time, and have never been accused of anything like this. I have been on the do-not-call list for years and I don't know what else to do to keep people like this off my phone except to disconnect it. These creeps need to be taught a lesson.

I received a call also about a 10 year old debt. They were from Ga and I'm from NY. So I thought nothing of it. I received a court order for a civil judgement, now I don't beleive it will hold up in court, but what nerve. On top of that it's costing me lawyer fees and time from work to address this mess.
