Received call from 786-300-2335 @ 0809hrs 25May PDT. Since unrecognized did not answer. No VM left. Attribute to scammer. Came in on my mobile phone.
Got the call at 9 a.m. on a remote Caribbean island. Didn't answer it. Left a silent voicemail. Pass the pina colada, please. :)
If you drink pina colada and decide to call the number back, you get a recording that says it is not a working number. But I don't think it's a phone company recording....it's the scammers way of keeping that line clear for the outgoing robot puke. imho. Wanda

I received a call from this number. It left a blank voicemail and when I called it back I got the message that it was not w working number.. scam for sure
I work for the Attorney General's office and we are seeing a lot of complaints regarding this type of crap.Wonder if they will ever use a real phone number that can be traced to them.This is nothing but a bunch of useless punks that are running a scam operation that should be deported asap. I received this call at 3:00 am CT.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
