This is a robo call. I blocked the first call via my iPhone but now the above number showed. This is criminal! How the H do they even get my cell as I guard it like a piece of gold!
I have been receiving calls from this number claiming that my cards are locked or accounts are locked. They don't even say what account they are referring to.

Got a call at midnight last night... I didn't answer and looked up the number. Thank you for letting me know its a scam. I got a call before like this and reported it.
I received a call at 2:41 am mountain time stating that my Mastercard has been locked and to resolve the problem press 1. Knowing that I have never possessed a Mastercard, I called them the next morning and found that it is a personal cell number and the mailbox is full. It's a shame really, because I would like to invite them over for a proper [***] whoopin.This is a total fraud.

Got a call from this number. It was a recording that claimed to be with my specific credit card company (as opposed to just "Master Card") and that they "regret to inform me" that my account was locked. I was to press 1 to speak to a representative but I hung up. I know for a fact that the company I use does not initiate contact like that. I've reported that number to the company I use as they are actively pursuing cases against phishing scams.

I called Citibank's other number and confirmed this was their Consumer Support number. It is legitimate. Processed the information they needed to verify my account. I originally thought it was fraud but it is real.

We receive calls at our place of business from these people every day and they claim to be with Spectrum. It sounds like a call center in India; noisy background noise and each person who calls has a strong accent.
