received a call from this number saying they were from microsoft and my computer was having a problem, i told him i didnt know him and my computer was not on and hung up. 1/8/2018 @ 7:10pm

2018 and still doin same scam. says to me ppl are falling for it. sad

Called 20 times in last 3 days appears as 201-227-9431 and name of Susan Bendes Same information about Microsoft expiration . You to turn on your computer so " I can show you from your screen" Hung up 4 times and conversed once. Thick Indian accent person became belligerent and said we will shut off your IP address and i said good luck.

I received two calls today from this person claiming to be Sam Malton? Gave me the same run down as everyone else received on their calls. The call came from 812-323-0150. When I asked for a number for my son to call him, who works for Apple, he gave me 1-800-102-1100. He said my son would not know anything because he is only a local tech. He was trying to help me.I hung up.

SCAM - Windows Virus Scam, they state they are from Windows Microsoft and my windows unit is sending out viruses to other people, THIS IS NOT TRUE

Got a call from an auto-dialer. You can tell it's an auto-dialer when you answer the phone, say "Hello", only to have them say, "Hello", as if they too are answering a phone call - reason being, the person on the other end of the call doesn't hear their outgoing call ringing, they are simply 'electronically handed' the call when we answer. Therefore, that person is simply trying to ensure there is indeed someone on the other end (You). Someone should teach them to just start talking. My conversation follows: Me: Hello, Caller: Hello, Me: That was my line. Caller: 'silent confusion'. Me: (hang up on caller).

I realized afterwards that this was possibly a scam. The number given to me for call back was 1-844-870-1490 and the name was Phillip.

Got call today on home ph from 800-102-1100. Did not answwr. No msg left, of course.Checking nr , now, with 800 Notes. Thank you for others comments! Blocked nr. I did answer an 800 call recently, thinking it might be a callback from an inquiry on a product, & it was this so called Microsoft scam. I gave my old- still working computer -to Goodwill & haven't replaced it yet. Told them they were scammers as I didn't even own a....computer!Yet, they still continue to call back.They probably don't believe me & think everyone in America has a computer!! Lol!

This number keeps calling my cell phone every single day even when I ask them to STOP calling me!!!

Same Phillip called me . He said my email was sending out viruses and I was demanding money thru my emails. He was calling from Microsoft and he need to clean my computer. I laugh him and said this was a scam and to stop calling this number and caller id was telling me who was calling . He gotten pissed told me to shut the hell up and hates all these expert people who know when they are being scam. This was a few days ago. I since gotten calls every day and I think they are all nobody on the other side. One was just noise from some office. They must get their joys doing this. I won't let them my computer.
