As many have already stated, this call is coming from a legitimate company. It appears that this company is "a non-profit organization helping people repay their student loans". The way I read that is that, for those of you that have a loan, they are not the ones holding your current loan. They are trying to get you to use their services. A reputable company would not use scar tactics. So if they claim your payment is past due and you know that it is not, or any other scar tactic, turn and run away from this company.

just got a call from 888-431-7820. Told me I was breach of contract. Very hard to understand the lady. I dont have a contract with anyone that I know of. When I look to see the number call it tells me Claim Services.
