This was FedEx calling to advise me that a "Signature Required" package was coming tomorrow, and giving me an option to pick it up at a FedEx location if I wouldn't be home. Thanks, FedEx!
I just got a call from this number. They said they were with Fedex and had a delivery from Chase. They had me work email, address, name and the name of a coworker. I have never shared any of this info anywhere and they called the helpdesk who transferred them to me. I asked for a tracking number and he said he would email it to me so i said go ahead and he never did. This is very odd. Fedex never called me in my life, they just deliver. So i played dumb and hung up.
I get that call too from then, but when call back they can't find my information. And yes is fedex
Anyone can tell you there number is 1-800-463-3339 by going to the fedex site the same way you did. Said he was from Fedex and had a express package for me. I asked for the routing number and he couldnt give it to me. I asked for a call back number and he gave me the 1-800-463-3339 number. He said his name was Roger Smith( With an Indian ascent ) and to just ask for him. Really......call FEDEX general number and ask for Roger Smith. Whatever, this is a scam to get your information, dont convince yourself otherwise......
I am an online retailer. I can confirm this cvsunion.com domain ties to a fraud order with us as well.Further, while this number is fedex, a fraudster can set their caller ID to anything they want easily.
Call came up as restricted left which went unanswered, the msg referenced the 800 number and a tracking number, stating they could not find my address. Was not expecting anything via Fedex but checked Fedex's website and 800.463.3339 is their listed call center number and the tracking number did show a package in my immediate area. I called the 800 number and was able to verify its legit and I did have a package sent to me
My call was from a woman claiming to be from FedEx asking phishing-type questions. Either FedEx has loaned their number to some real sketchy-sounding marketers or the individual was spoofing the caller ID. Regardless, I dismissed her as soon as the questions raised flags.
SCAM, got an email with this number saying that they had trouble delivering my package. Funny how the same day I shipped a package UPS is the same day I received this email. And I NEVER mail anything so this was a one time thing. They must be stealing UPS customer information somehow. For those people that are saying that it is really Fed Ex with a delivery issue, its most likely just that they stold your info from the REAL Fed Ex like they do from other mail carriers.
telephone messages daily for the last 14 days - each a different tracking number, requesting I leave a note on my door with my signature to forward fedex shipment to an alternate address... am not expecting a fedex shipment at all -I have not responded either by phone or on the web, but would love to have these msgs stop!
