Got a call from them today -- Caller ID said -- TOLL FREE CALL 8004633339. They managed to get through our IVR, but when we answered the line was dead.
Received call 10 minutes ago from a heavy accented Middle Eastern guy. He stated he had a package to be delivered to me and asked me to confirm my zip code. When I did, he went on to explain he needed our Fedex account number also. I asked how he could prove he was with Fedex and he couldn't. I hung up on him, googled the number and it's linked to a company named Ice Equipment International in Canada.
Called our business today, pretending we HAVE an active FedEx account; we have UPS. She was just trying to get our business. She said she was just assigned to the account, and needed to speak with the person who handles our FedEx account.
Lady called and asked for my Boss- i told them she was out of the office and could i take a message- Lady said she would try back at a Different time- i explained that My boss does not work in the office regularly anymore and that she works remotely- i asked if i could take a message and the Caller tried stating again that they would "just try back at a later time" and hung up! Said she wanted to do a survey of whether they were "providing the best service possible" Well- if your Callers would LISTEN to what the Callee (is that a word) tells them- then MAYBE i would say "Yes" to that question, but because you INSIST ON CALLING BACK AGAIN ( and making me stop whatever it is I am the middle of) to tell you AGAIN that she does not work IN THE OFFICE, then NO you are NOT providing the "Best Service" Possible.
I received a Fedex automated call announcement that my package has been scheduled for delivery with its expected date and time. This was good for me to know this because it is an important package
This Fedex number left a 3-minute dead-air voicemail on a number I registered with the company I ordered parts from. I'm in Canada, waiting for this order from Hong Kong. I see the web tracking information showing the order had just left Hong Kong 12 hours earlier.
I have a brand new phone line that is getting flooded with telemarketer calls. I have given this phone number to no one and I just had a missed call from this number. So it had to have been an unsolicited call.
That number called, this morning and the phone ID'd it as a robocaller, correctly. I didn't pick up. Two minutes later, FedEx representative called and asked for someone who doesn't live at my home. Must be connected. Probably not a problem issue. They asked for no information from me, just gave me the name of the person that they were trying to find and said my number was what was given to them by them.
I got a call from this number and asked abt my address. Then he told me that eh is calling from Fedex and one parcel is sent o my address and unable to find the address.
