I am not who they are asking for, it takes so long to get a cust. rep, and I keep telling them I'm not the person. I keep asking them to remove me from the list, yet the continue to call. I asked them to check on the person's card, if it indeed is being used, because I have a new phone number that apparently belonged to Steve Smith. They always sound like they're apologetic when I say that, but isn't that we they supposedly do?

Just got a call from this number, didnt call, they didnt leave a msg

We got a call; a foreign person with a very heavy accent spoke. Wanted the person responsible for the utility bills, No connection to AMEX was mentioned. She said the name of the company, but I didn't understand; nor did I ask her to repeat it.

I receive this call at least once a day. If I answer it, there is no reply on the the other end.

this number was used in spoofing by a collection call they stated they were amex on the message and it is amex customer service but the call back number is 800 592 3429 a collection company fishing for information

They called wanting someone with my name and offering Insurance while traveling for their card members. Told the person that I did not have an American Express card. He apologized and said he must have called the wrong number.

This call comes several times a day. I am on the "do not call' which does not seem to help. I know I do not owe them money and I am not interested in anything else they have.

Received several calls so far. My number is on do not call. No message left.

This # called many almost everyday but did not leave message.

New rule I never pick up for 800 or 866 or not provided and they never leave a message so they have nothing to say. Oh and one more thing no cell phone so no cost to me.
