PHISHING SCAM!!!!! Claimed to be American Express. I called Amex number on the back of my card and they confirmed nothing is wrong with my account. ALWAYS CALL NUMBER ON BACK OF YOUR CARD!!! NEVEER GIVE YOUR ACCOUNT INFO OUT OVER PHONE!
This number called our house and left a message to call them back or call the number on the back of the card. However the contact name they gave is not anyone we know. Something funny is going on with this number calling.
Scammers seem to be able to fake any number they want so it would not surprise me if they are faking the American Express number.
This number called an unlisted google voice number that is not associated to the account. Left an incomplete message about if the issue has been resolved then disregard. I know my husband keeps a close eye on everything so unless he calls me then I am ignoring it. I did not call the number back to see who it really is.
Got a call on my husband's cell phone. Told him to call the number on his card and check it out.

Calls once or twice per week with voice msg "Brandon from CTS" call me back. WTF is CTS? No context, no real msg.
