Received a 2nd call on my cell from a party who's number showed us as 810-594-6000 when if fact that was not their number at all. The first time they called I missed it and recalled the infamous number. A woman answered and said she was checking on a loan inquiry and would I please enter the 7 digit loan number to access the account. Not knowing what the "??" talking about the next statement went something like this. If you don't have your loan number handy please dial your social security card number> "Right" end of connection. They haven't called since but it was strang.

This number belongs to Select Portfolio Servicing and they are trying to collect a relatives debt. I reported them to the FCC and Donotcall.gov.

Please stop 801-594-6000 from calling me!!!! My phone is an AT&T home line in addition to my cell planThe phone is to call out in emergencies only we have never given out our number and out phone does not ever ring - except by this 810 number!!!!

It's Select Portfolio Services. No big deal...they just call if you're late on a mortgage payment.

Well, I don't have a mortgage, but just received a phone call from this number and didn't answer, as I don't know who they are. I have never had a mortgage, so I am obviously not late on a mortgage payment.

My loan was just bought by an investor that uses Select Portfolio Servicing to service the mortgage. I received a phone call and they just hung up. My guess is they were calling to see if they had a valid number. Would have been nice to say "this is SPS calling to verify your phone number" rather than just hanging up. I'm definitely not delinquent so hopefully this isn't a sign of things to come. I was hopeful in seeing that they credited my first payment correctly as well as crediting the correct amount for the prepaid escrow. Even applied the correct amount to escrow from my first payment.

Our mortgage was sold in June and already problem, filing a complaint! paid up to date and still calls, attempt to call back and get the hang ups, attempt to enroll online and NEVER get the email code even when using different email extensions. I have not blocked their numbers I am paying onetime and current they have no reason to call me.

Select Port Left me message in reference to an inspection report which was past due. If you're an agent they are calling for inspection or valuation report. Caller sounds foreign possibly outsourced vendor support.
