Our mortgage was sold to them the first of October....and the problems have already started. We sent them a check well before the October 1st due date---and they did not cash it until a few days ago. They don't even have the right Social Security number associated with the account. We spent nearly an hour on the phone with one of their customer service reps last week after they called, trying to get this straightened out---and now they are calling again.We see the handwriting on the wall---and it is not good.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.

Got a letter that said I applied for an AMAZON card. Called the number to inquire what this was for, they started asking for personal information. When I said no they hung up on me.

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
