this is select portfolio servicing,they have been in trouble for years,for mortgage servicing fraud,they will tell you your losing your home if you dont pay there fees,that are illegal they have been sued in every state,and that will not stop sps?

This phone number has called me many many many many times and the last time it was 3 times in a row.
This is Select Portfolio Servicing. They hold our first mtg and if the payment is not to them by the 3rd or 4th day of the current month they put you on their automatic dial and you get calls repeatedly.
this what i did, i changed the message on my answering machine to say, all message can be heard by others. now if the call is from automated call this is illegal. now go call your lawer so you & the lawer can get paid.

Shoplc. I don’t mind them calling if I have a problem but they called me 3 times in past 3 days to fill out survey they emailed. If I wanted to fill it out, I would have, I don’t need calls, plus I did fill one out but am still getting calls.
