Thank you BAC for transferring my mtg to these idiots! Current on mortgage yet big BAC transferred. Constant calls for no reason! Selling home soon. Why hasn’t the FTC shut them down?
They service my mortgage. I'm not beh8nd. Bank of America sold my mortgage to them. Banks transfer mortgages all the time. When I called back, they said there was no problem with my account other than they need a copy of my new HO insurance. When I asked why they never leave a message identifying themselves, they said they don't because of Privacy laws. They need some better privacy training or use the secure messaging on their own website. They can leave a message requesting callback if they are calling the primary number on the account.
I just got a call from this number. Didn't bother to pick up since I don't know anyone with an 801 area code. So glad that you put up this info, I will now call the Public Service Commission! Thank you!
they are select portfolio,they are under investgation for forging mortgage assignments,and mortgage notes,i dont understand why they havent been arrested yet,they use front co. names like real estate review,fairbanks capital,equi credit,pelatis insurance agency corp.fairbanks capital insurance,pmi group.all front co. names with no purpose.look out for there a fraud.report them to the att general,FTC ,and the FBI.

They freakin did the same thing to us, but it was 2 and a half years of fraudulent offers to modify. Now they have wrecked our credit so bad that we can't get a loan from a credible bank. Any ideas?
im taking them to court and if everthing works out they would have to remove everthing they put on my credit. and even if they remove all the marks on my credit thers no garrenty that my score will change.what might work is a program called credit forget it. its not credit counceling look them up or eve give thm a call, good luck

Scam debit collector. I say 'scam' because I don't have a credit card, loan, lease, tuition, or debit or any kind. I own my home, vehicle, and everything in them. There's not a single reason for a debit collector to be calling me.
