you should call the local non emergance police number and make a claim. When I got the phone call I told the person on the line to remove me from their call list and they threatend to sexually assoult me.
All these tricks will be circumvented by the telemarketers who ignore the "Do Not Call" rules with abandon. If you see a call from an unknown #, don;t answer but look it up on Google. If it comes up as scam (this one did), activate your call blocker for that # on your cell phone. You'll still get calls from other #'s (block them too), but the frequency will die out eventually.
Just received call on my cell phone from this number. Did not answer. Have given my cell number to a few friends only.... Also on the no call list which apparently isn't working for land or cell phones. I also receive the credit card calls to lower my rate. This has been going on for years and now have received one on my cell.
Yep same call today. I get five a week from these low lifes on both land line and cell. I try to be nice and ask then to stop, I cuss them out to stop other times, nothing stops them. They are clever, I call back and the numbers are out of service. All my numbers are on do not call list.Any suggestions re stopping them would be appreciated.
On a weekly basis, I have been getting the same automated message about lowering my CC interest rate. I have pressed one and asked to be reomved from their database on several occassions. Today I asked for a name and number "in case we get disconnected" her reply was "my name is Phuck Ewe" and then she hung up. Please register a complaint if and when you receive these calls. so far it has not made a difference, but hopefully it will.
WHO are these people? I keep getting all of these stupid calls and messages - reduce your mortgage, blah, blah blah. Sometimes I get texts. I'm on a no call list how come these illegitimately sired currs keep calling me.

(in the Philipines of course) Contact information for thier legal department is 800-876-5753 in Miami Florida. A huge waste of time but I did report an issue with their business practices.
How in the heck do I get these guys to quite calling me. They call during business meetings and its everyday! They also switch the number every few days so it's impossible to block every number they call from!
Just received a call from this number. Same scam. They will not answer your questions if you hit 1. I'm wondering if they make money just from our answering the call or hitting 1. Seems like a lot of work on their part to just be jerks. There has to be some other benefit to them. Filed yet another complaint on the do not call registry but that just goes into a black hole.Tempted to call TracPhone but they don't care either. That's why they sell burner phones, just to get the cash from the sale and any subsequent minutes purchased. So where are these scammers making money? It can't be from people actually believing the scam - can it? Do folks really still believe this stuff?
