Showed as ECN community. I didn't answer but received a robo call message from the company hired by our town to conduct property reassessments.
This was a legitimate call from our town advising us of a road closing due to a tree down. We are having a major wind storm here and this phone call was true, the tree cut out electricity for a portion of our village.

Left a recording that I should press 3 to have a Medicaid renewal form mailed to me. I didn't press anything because it's s scam recording. I did not even apply for Medicaid since I have health insurance. Scam to get your social security number and other personal information. Blocked number.

It is a legit PNC Bank phone no. I wrote out a $12000. check and they called to verify and had the last 3 digits of checking acct. on message.
Robo call. Do not answer.
