Unsolicited technical support from Windows. Said I had hidden junk files on my computer.
Just got the same call...was not an Indian...I asked that he remove me from their list and he hung up.
These guys are a classic Social Engineering scam. Make a complaint to fcc.gov. The dipsh*t I talked to said his name was Daniel Craig. I said he was great in Casino Royal but Spectre sucked and he should go f*ck himself for trying to scam people.

Got this call on my cell just a minute ago. It was a male with an Indian accent. He was obviously in a call center as I could hear several people on calls behind him. He said the same thing "Are you aware that your computer is putting out errors right now? I can help you fix it". I told him this was BS & sounded like a scam. He stopped talking & I hung up.
Yes a SCAM... Indian like accent so I played the game with them. Went to find my computer for while... asked for my IP address or computer ID so I can validate he was legit... Bantered back and forth for while and wasted 10 of our minutes. He hung up after I asked him if I could call his family and Mom and play the same game. He hung up.
