Dan,My son will be graduating from high school in May 2014. He is looking to go ahead and find a house so he has plenty of time to build it. My Dad built his home when I was 16 and has plenty of experience and is willing to help my son with this project. We are interested in the log cabin that you are selling for $3800. Can you send me pictures of what it looks like as well as pictures of other cabins so that he can make a decision on which cabin will be the best for him. Thank you!!

If like to say that my husband called the alternate nber listed in the post with the Better Business Bureau contact in it and Mr Dan answered on the second ring. There is a great deal of information at your fingertips on the Internet, so maybe we should all do a little more investigating before we let words ruin someone's business and livelihood...

I just got off the phone with Dan of Summit Construction Co. he was a super nice guy, who informed me all orders are paid cash on delivery(C.O.D). There is no way anyone could be mislead or sold something other than what they ordered when you don't pay until you receive and inspect it. I hope this eases some concerns about this company. Thank you, Dan for your time!

Jeez Dan, couldn't you just upload some pics. By the time you finished defending yourself my eyes hurt. Way to much information when one darn picture of stacks of logs could have made you many customers. Its seems, from reading, that the lack of photos is the leading cause of most peoples disbelief. Hi All,Just wanted to let you all know I bought a cabin from Dan. All went well. I received the oak logs (and a few spares), just as advertised. A construction set of plans were also provided and included. Plans included adequate details to build the cabin plus I got a detailed meeting with Dan to review construction "hints". The plan also included his own, written instructions on cabin construction. The oak logs were 8" high x 4" thick and in "like new" condition. I am totally happy with the entire transaction and delivery and plan on having my cabin built and "weathered in" by this summer.Dave B.Canon City, CO
