Sounds like a director or shareholder. I was talking about the school not the staging company. The quality of the work was not the point in question. It is the unreasonable amount of work required to graduate that I was writing about. You need to stop plugging the company so blatantly. If you read the postings up to this point you would have known that and perhaps not wasted your time defending Haverhill.
I do not wish to be catogorized, either. I take what I do seriously, and like many others, look for ways to improve myself without giving my arm, leg or first born to finance education. The pity regarding Haverhill? HGTV, the most reputable and recognized venue for home 'transformation' is now advertising Haverhill on the website, running their commercials, and producing a television show. It sickens me to think so many more men and women will be drawn in by Haverhills claims, when the truth is - accredidation and certification is not required because the staging industry is not regulated. I hope HGTV realizes the complaints against this company and withdraws - perhaps investigation on their part may fix a few things?
Here are some of the questions they will ask you - I started to copy the question the first time I took the test once I realized that I was not going to finish the test ...I was on question 26 and I had 30 minutes left. This test does not test knowledge but rather how fast can you find the answer in the book. It is the most ridiculous test you will ever take. I have two degrees from two Universities and I have never taken a test like this one. I passed it the second time with a 80% score but it is next to impossible to pass the course. I hope these question will help you out.27. Got no answer. Called them back. Followed voice prompts to have my number removed, but their system doesn't work.
Most people who would invest there money for this great new career are probable working full time already ..the web site states at your own pace two months for a person working full time is not at there own pace and is almost Impossible to complete and forget If you have a family also ...that is my big concern ..
I am interested in their course but I also have some reservations. I don't want to lose my money or time either. I checked the Better Business Bureau and there haven't been any complaints. Is there anyway to verify they are legitimate? Has anyone out there taken the course and are you happy with it?
If this is how you speak and write, I wouldn't hire you either. But I am sorry if you felt deceived.
DO NOT ENROLL IN THE HAVERHILL PROGRAM:I just got a letter in the mail with a cheque refunding me the enrollment money because they could not provide me with employment. However, before I was eligible to apply for employment they had told me that I was not eligible to apply because I had not finished my work in time. I had to fight with them because I had gotten an approval from them to extended the due date and they were not willing to stand behind their approval. I had to go through a lot of hoops before they would allow me to apply for employment or get my money back. I hope people read these article before they enroll....do not do it! If have enrolled in the course already, don't let them push around and insist in getting your money back.Good luck!
