I just receieved a phone call that began in the middle of something to do w/completing my lab tests - what lab tests?
Leave a message vs. hanging up and saying nothing. I googled this # to find out what the message was and that did not tell me one thing.............if it was for me or my wife. It would be better you did not call than calling and hanging up. This is beyond stupidity
Kaiser - they must have learned their lesson about leaving messages. They left an automated message to come in for a blood test.
Yes! Instead of using a Kaiser land line, some of the clerks use their cell phones...dumb idea. Most of us do not answer unknown callers.
The number is indeed Kaiser's automated appointment reminder. What makes it annoying is when you call back, you get a busy signal/tone. How are we supposed to know its kaiser calling? Since its an automated message, they could at least make another automated message for if you call back to inform you that kaiser has called (personal info left out for security reasons like others have said).
Called me at 11 am...caller ID said it was Kaiser but I had my doubts. I learned here that is an automated reminder for appointments...strange, I don't have any scheduled appointments. I think is a scam!
It is Kaiser calling. They leave a voicemail saying reminders. I just got a call on a kit they mailed me for a test.
Wow....Patty....You represent Kaiser SO WELL!!! Just because someone doesn't LIKE Kaiser doesn't mean they don't have insurance. I have them through work and I can't STAND them!!! They are the worst insurance/healthcare providers I have EVER had. I see ONE specific specialist that I really like and she isn't even a doctor....She's just a nurse practictioner in her field.This website is for people to post "NOTES" about phone numbers they don't know and they are receiving calls from. It's not a place for you to be Kaiser's personal bulldog and "internet fight" them. Someone says something that you don't like about them....SUCK IT UP!!! Kaiser has their big boy pants on.
