It is Kaiser! The 4th result listed on Google was the KP website referring to their reminder service and it mentions this phone number. The call goes out 4 days before your appt. After I read that I remembered that I do have the eye doc scheduled. Phew- thought it was a debt collector or scam!

Understand the HIPPA stuff, but KAISER (yes, really IS them) should use a # that is recognizable. Msgs r unecessary. They should list company name (not "private") AND use usual prefix(es) (423 used in Hawaii 4 non-appt reminder extentions) instead of making us use 3rd party services 2 determine call origin. If IS a HIPPA issue, y r calls fr ALL other Kaiser dpts using that recognizable prefix? B consistant pls, Kaiser!

Kaiser calling to confirm my signup with their health insurance. didnt pick up, but they did leave me a message. Automated voice with pre-recorded message. Nothing too important

Got this call too and it left a message. Was Kaiser reminding me that seasonal flu shots are free for Kaiser members
