The Caller called me three times in a row. the first call he was very loud and demanded i give hm my SS# or he personally was going to come to my house and arrest me. i told him to bring it on and come to my house and hung up the phone. he called me back and said the F-word to me. stated if i hung up the phone again i would be brought up on charges by my local DA. i again told him to F-himself and hung up. the Scumbag called me back and. said he was on his way the F-me up and beat up my kid. sorry for the profanity but this is B.S this guy called me and threaded me and my kid i would love nothing more than a few minutes with this company and there crew.

This number called me a few times the other day and about 7 times today. he left me this voice mail on my phone. "this message is intended for jessa. Jessa, it's very important that you return this message, I need to...???...extremely time sensitive...this is Michael Stevens (I'm almost sure he has such an american name) gave his number twice...dont disregaurd this message. act now. jessa, if you don't return the call and I don't hear from your attorny either, the only thing I can do is wish you the good luck...???...good bye and best of luck for your kids" I have noneHe called me back again, and when I answered, this man comes on the line and gives me this whole ordeal that I could not understand. He talked for about a minute and I told him I didn't understand what he said. Then he said "Oh my God, Jessa" and went on to tell me that I had a case against me. I hung up on him. he called me back and left me this voicemail "this is for jessa with a SSN of (and he said the whole thing) jessa the second you receive this call, i need you or your lawyer to give me a call back. My name is Micheal Adams (different from what he said earlier)" and then continued to wish me luck. He called me back again, I answered and he talked for a while, saying I was expected at the courthouse on monday...which one? he didn't know. He was saying something about a payday loan from cashnet. He kept on saying "OH MY GOD, JESSA" when I asked him to repeat himself. Asked about a lawyer about 6 times, even though I said I didn't have one. I hung up on him again. He called me back 3 times, and all I got was background noise on my voicemail. The last time he called, he left me another message saying the same stuff as before about needing to speak to my attorny. this time he gave the name of Michael Stevens. gave a number. and then talking about luck and whatever. then he gave the name of two of my friends, saying we all had to be at the courthouse on monday morning.I don't know how they got my friends names, my cell phone number or my SSN. I don't know if he has an address for me or not, but I am going to be sure to file a report against these people with the police and the FBI and whoever else needs to get involved. This is a little scarey for me to think about. I'm going to ask my two friends who's names he mentioned if this guy has been calling them, although I'm not sure how he would have gotten their numbers.

I just received a call from 941-961-8518 said his name was Robert Jones, very thick accent, and alot of people in the background. I was told to call him back immediately, or have my attorney of record call him back, or he was going to cause trouble for me. Also he has called from an 800 number and asked me to call him back on 213-286-0205. He is using different area codes and numbers. I do not owe any loan and this guy is threatening and nasty.

I have taken the necessary measures as suggested in other posts. In fact they called me back today and I asked them why the FEDS hadn't come to pick me up yet. He then started in with a full on foreign language tirade. I was laughing so hard I nearly messed myself. These people are absolute morons. He called back and i told I was recording and he should just speak his mind.He did and quickly hung up when I told him I had alerted the US Govt. about his little game. Maybe I will get a call back tomorrow and we will have more to chat about!

Called me repeatedly and did not even speak. So I tracked them down, on the internet and called a number that was associated with them and began to threaten them. They told me not to make threats to them, and they then called me back on the spoofed number. These people should really be careful of who they call because if I can track them down through the phone to their real number don't they realize It won't be too hard to track them down physically.

Got my first call today and spoke with my local Secret Service (Cleveland, OH). They instructed me to keep a log/record if the calls persist. Unfortunately they can't do too much unless the calls keep coming.They did offer some good advice though. You should call Equifax and Experian to put a temporary freeze on your credit report (or file a fraud report).

i keep getting a call from 9419618518 and they left a message to call back i couldnt understand it. when i call the number back it says the verizon number that im trying to reach is disconnected

I just received a message on my cell phone. The number that was recorded on my cell was 9419618518 it cam up as a Florida number, however the call back number the man left was not very clear but sounded like 2132860207.The messge was not clear at all. There was a lot of background noise and it was hard to understand. The mesage was left by someone with a STRONG middle eastern accent. HE stated that it was urgent that I call back or have my attorney call back becuase he would not be responsible for what would happen next and my god be with me if I chose ot ignore the call.

the person has been calling my sell phone saying i have a court case tomorrow but won't tell me the location or anything, i was threated to be arrested outside my residence and i was asked to fax my bank statements over to them...they call over 10 times a day, this is borderline harassment
