I recieved a call from the following number and when I called it back they were disconnected needless to say I wasn't very nice and I did call the police they said that they had an affidavit on me. I told him the guy with the India accent. That I was at work and that this was all bogus and I didn't appreciate him calling me. And that I would be calling this number back and then I would report it to the police. BEWARE about this jerk and don't give out any information about yourself..... The number is 941-961-8518. By the way I DID CALL the police and I highly suggest that you watch out for this jerk

I received a phone call from 941-961-8518, of which I did not answer. Upon listening to the voicemail that was left, it was a Jenny Lawson claiming to be with an attorney's office. She stated that either I, or my retained attorney, needed to call her back as soon as possible and that this was a time sensitive matter. She also stated that if I, or my attorney, did not call her back, all she could do is wish me the best of luck as this situation unfolded before me. She left a number of 661-210-4684 to return the call.

Same deal 941-962-8518 calls me on my work cell at 6 a.m. Leaves a message that I have to call back the very second I get the mesage. I have already dealt with this scam and another number. I am ignoring them from now on.

Someone has called from this number twice within the past hour...the first call was at 6:15am! and the next was an hour later! I didn't answer the phone so they left messages. It was a guy who's accent I could barely understand and he said it was very important that either I or my attorney call him back asap?!?! He said his name was Raymond Harris and his number to call back was 323-207-7414 (which is weird why on my caller id it said 941-961-8518. Whatever.

The number 9419618518 is a cell phone in Florida. When you look it up it says ATT, but it acutally belongs to Verizon (who by the way says there is nothing they can do. Privacy issues (even though these idiots are all in our business. The message I got on voice mail told me to call 818-338-5053 and ask for David King. That is a land line in California and the carrier is PAC West. The lady there was very helpful. She will report it to her Fraud people. He called on 6/22 and 6/25 and left me mesages . Said he was calling from a law firm but never gave the name of the firm. Both times he called he said me or my attorney of record should call back immediately or he would see me at the legal hearing in the courthouse the next day. Told me $5000 was my bill. When I called back I got Alex, who did not recognize the name David King (but sounded a whole lot like him) at but then said David was not in today and he would help me. First thing he did was verification of the last four digits of my SSN. He said he was representing International Payday and I took out three loans and did not pay them. I made him mad so he started punching numbers on his phone so I hung up. I then called back again and got Chris who had that same Indian accent. He said I only owed $625 and he would fire Alex for telling me $5,000. He also now told me that the company I owed was Nattional Payday. So he saw I was not falling for it and I told him send me something in writing including proof that I recieved the money. I irritated him cause I asked about where the court house was and why was I not sent a summons Eventually he got tired of me and told me not to worry about it. I said what do you mean. Somebody may have used my information to get money and you say don't worry about it. Of course at this point I was tired of him so I hung up. The payday loan companies should do something about it. I used Cashnet before and I see a lot of you mentioned them. Now I am scared to go back to them. Maybe they are in on the scam. In any case it is not good for their business.

I also had a call from them and it is with cashnetusa. They told me the same thing and they are using different numbers. This is very serious for they are violating FTC rules and when I called the number back it was not in service. The point is CASHNETUSA is doing this and the FTC needs to shut them down. This is illegal and I am going to the attorney generals office.

A man named Simon left me a message asking me to call back as soon as I got the message regarding a lawsuit over non-payment of a loan supposedly taken out in sept 08

I got a call from 941-961-8518 today telling me to call them back. I can hardly understand the gentleman the left the message due to him barely speaking english and it sounds like he's at a party. He didn't leave any information about what this is regarding just to call him back or have my attorney call him back and not to ignore this message. I haven't called him back, nor am I going to. If the list is all the people they claim to work for, I haven't had anything to do with any of the companies. What do I do to get these people to stop calling me?

It's funny every one mentions like they are from over seas my opinion ... could this be the work of Terrorist not Extortionist another way to fund another attack on some one..
