same crap as everyone else. threatening tone, had my address, email, phone # , even last 4 of ss#. Did not mention if he had my bank acct info. I have had payday loans in the past and they obviously phished this info from them becasue they even had my 2 references names and said if I didnt take care of whatever they would go after them. I took the advice of someone on here and contacted Agent Holtz of secret service located in Saginaw Michigan 19894970580 , gave him all the info he said it's classic of their style. This is a complete scam. His advice was to report to the 3 major credit reporting agency and my bank that I have been targeted by a scam and to not answer if they call again. He said your best bet is if you dont recognize the # dont answer or if you answer and it's tehm, tell them you have reported their number and their scam to the govt. tell them nothing else. Who needs this stress?????

This foreign accented guy called me saying hold for mr smith an atorney...he said can he speak to me lawyer and i said for what..he said for the 3 million or something compliants filed against me...like fraud bad checks so on from payday advance...i couldnt understand him so I said I aint giving you nothing my SS or nothing and I dont have a clue what you are talking about so take me off your list and stop calling me.

I have been getting the same phone today- several times. They are going to have me arrested on Monday!! So they say. I can hardly understand them and they are very rude. My question is if I got the money in 2008, why are they just now trying to contact me. I never got anything from them.

Calling to tell me I would be arrested on Monday at my place of business and that I owed over $1000, which is totally false. They left a message on my cell phone.

Caller left a message on my work phone# Caller had a very thick asian accent. He said that I must call back ASAP. if not he wished me good luck (that I would need it) if I didn't call back. I attempted to call the number and it indicates it was a VERIZON phone that is no longer in service.

first of all don't be worried it is a scam and second you won't go to jailand they can't get you fired,people don't go to jail do what i did call their number and pretend to be with the florida and california states attorney's office, seperately of course and FBI AND THEY WILL NEVER CALL YOU AGAIN .

It felt good to see this website and find out that many people are on to these scammers. They left me at least 4 threatening phone messages, and warned me to call back the second I received the phone call. They were left by a woman with an indian accent but said her name was janet Jones.I had my husband call back the number and they refused to give us any information because it was not our business. They just said we would be in court tomorrow, if we did not give them money. The man on the phone says he is Jimmy Mackdell. The other numbers they used were 310-208-3170, and 310-362-9387. Hopefully this info. will help someone else.

Caller said his name was Matthew Silva. He has called herenumerous times last night and today asking for someone named Deshonda Bellinger.

I just received 3 calls from these idiots. They are calling me on my cellphone and my work phone, because I returned the phone message on my office phone. First it was a woman, same stuff about owing someone about $5000 dollars.. and I would be arrested at my place of employment. After I told her she was contacting an international company that logs all phone calls, she put a gentleman on the phone who used the name Paul Smith. They have since called my cell phone back and left another message.I have no idea who these people are.. or how they got my cell phone number...but that's how it all started.Now they just keep calling my cell phone. I'm going to try to call my cell carrier to see if I can have the number blocked or something.. or just keep ignoring them ?
