I just received a call from this number fron a man with a very strong middle eastern accent by the name of Brad Williams. He wanted to verify my social security number. He state he worked for a law firm and had a complaint against me. When I asked him who he was working for all he would say was that he couldnt divulge that information. I hung up on him and immediatley called the number back and it was a recording saying that the Verizon customer has switched the phone number. The scary part was he has the last four of my social. This is a scam becaus eI have no debt what so ever. There is a number for Homeland Security on this sight. I urge everyone to call and report these calls.

oh hey man just make sure you put out a fraud report on your credit. and also how could they be calling from california when it is a number from sarasota florida. oh and you can thank comcast for selling your number to them.

States myself or Attorney needs to call back, and not to ignore call or else she wishes best of luck to I and my siblings. To me, that is a threat to myself, and my sibling! I called back to rip them one, only not to be able to place call through,so I called the numer on my caller id 941-961-8518 ,it was a recording of being disconected.

Had the same issue with nasty messages left on my phone. I want to know who they can be turned in to. This is so annoying and it is my cell they are calling not even home phone.

I have been having the same problem. They have been calling my job telling whoever answers the phone that there is a lawsuit against me and it is important that I call. My principal left me a message today about it and she gave me two of the numbers that they used. I called the 941 number and it said it had been changed, so I called the other number (415) 200-0263 and a foreign man answered the phone with all of my information, as well as telling me I owed this company National Advance Payday Service, which I had no idea of who that was and asked again about the company but did not get any information. It seems they are changing their number often in order not to be caught. I am upset that they have all of my information (name, address, phone number, name of bank). I hope they are caught and I will do whatever is needed to help.

I Received several calls today from a gentleman with a foreign accent from telephone # 1-914-961-8518 claiming to be an attorney from the Law office of National Monetary Crime Agency, representing Cashnet Payday Loan. He stated I defaulted on a payday loan taken out in May 2008. I advised the caller who 1st identified himself as Morgan Foster that I did not have any outstanding obligations with said company. After his failed attempted to persuade me (I over-talked him), he offered to connect me to his supervisor who identified himself as Mr. Jones who sounded actually like the origianl caller. I requested that something tangible be forwarded to me to support his claim. He then supposely transferred/directed me to a representative from Cashnet Payday Loan, however, refusing to provide their telephone #. The representative from Cashnet had the same accent, dialogue, tone & mannerism as the original caller. I offered that he/they might want to go ahead a file the judgement because I would not provide or send any information. At the end of the call, I immediately called the # back shown on my caller's id (1-941-8518 wireless #) a male answered but denied knowledge of the aboved-referenced persons.

This [***] named Mike called me from 941-961-8518.. Talking all kinds of [***] when I called him a [***] foreign arab son f a [***] he wont stop calling me saying i love you and i wanna marry you this is plain harrasement and I will nit tolerate it.. Maybe I shouldnt have made the racial comments but seriously these people dont know [***] and they are BLOWING my phone up its ridiculous I have a 6 year old and a 2month old to take care of... this is [***] and needs to stop.. i wont stop until these [***] go down. excuse my language i am pissed and extremely annoyed that every time my phone rings it is them.. It is so pathetic how people have to worry about these people making stupid calls just to get fre easy money from people that will just pay whatever they are told.. Unfortunately I am not dumb thats why I am here like all of you pissed about the entire situation... i have never dealt with someone that claimed they are an attorney that was sooooooo ignorant... I mean seriously these people dont know.. They are dumb [***] that have absolutely no life. THEY ARE THIEFS... I will take every course of action I can.. this is fraud and sexual harrasment to an extent.. Now, I am still getting calls from this number but when I call them it says the number has been changed or is no longer in service.. I dont know how they are doing it... I went to whitepages.com and did a reverse search on the phone nunber and it said it was a landline and that this is all the information it had unless I paid money.. if anyone knows how to contact or do something about this email me please at Shendrix03@aol.com THEY ARE STILL CALLING!!!!!!!!!!!!!11

I am with you....these guys have done the same thing to me. Luckily, they haven't gotten any money from me, even though I did give my credit card number to post date a pmt of $795.00 I decided to cancel the card several hours later so they wouldnt have access to to my account. I contacted the local authorities, the secret service, the ftc and put a scam alert on my credit reports and also called the bbb. These guys have taken away our jobs because companies have sent them overseas...why don't these idiots get one of our jobs instead of scamming us more out of our money.....they also gave me the address of 1432 Hoffman Lane Samblin Cal 95000.....they called again this morning asking me what I was going to do and I told them that I did already contact the federal authorities and that I was aware this was a scam....he told me that he would continue to pursue my case and to be prepared to go to jail because they would be at my home address at 11:30, I told to bring it on!!!

I just tried to google that address; it doesn't seem to exist. Also it's very similar to another one they used which is the same address onlt in Cambell CA; it's a 3 bedroom house for sale. I saw the virtual tour..nice place.
