I got a call from this number last night stating that I had an unpaid loan and I was going to be drug from my house by 2 police officers and taken to court to appear infront of a judge. They gave me another number to call them back on which was 831-219-7605 and I got through but when I got rude back with them they hung up on me. My husband then called back and the man told him to never call his number again. He then called me back and asked what I wanted him to do. This man went as far as to read me my rights over the phone and then asked if I wanted him to appoint a lawyer for me. I told him he didn't need to appoint one for me I had already spoken to one. He laughed at me and told me that he was not a collection agency that I was going to be arrested. He was he was with a company called SonaCash!!!! They did the same thing to one of my friends a few months ago and went as far as to tell her dad they were driving to his house to beat him up!!!!! I hope they can catch these guys and soon I am sick of this.

Ok so I am eating dinner and some fool calls me and threatens that if I don't call him back an Investigating officer and the Sheriffs Dept. will be out to arrest me and put me in Jail, So me being the good citizen I am called back to see what this fool was talking about, he told me that I was to be in court on Monday morning along with my 2 neighbors because i was involved in a stolen funds case through an online loan place called Sona cash and that if I did not show up to court on Monday Morning at 11 am Police would be out to arrest me and my neighbors, when I told him I had no idea what he was talking about he began to whisper and told me he would call me back tomorrow when I asked him to please tel me the name of the courthouse I was supposed to be at he refused and told me he would call me back on this same # tomorrow and then hung up on me, but he already had all of my Information ie: Phone #, address, SS# and bank Info so I called the cops and reported this I am waiting to see if this jerk calls me back again cause I am gonna set him up and play along like I am gonna pay him and then get all his info so his sorry pathetic self can be caught and arrested!! Can you tell i am angry, darn right I am, Please No one give him any info if he calls you, yell at him tell him he is a con artist how pathetic he is or any other things you may think of but do not give out any info to these people!!!

these idiots called me 12 times at work today. cussing, ranting and raving and saying horrible threatening things they would do to me and my family. they knew my name and the last 4 digits of my ss number. it was the wierdest thing i have ever encountered. i am a collector and thought i had seen it all but this is ridiculous. we had to block their number.

I just received a call from this number asking for me by first name alone and then asking me for my last name. I knew immediately that it was some sort of scam because I had received a call an hour prior at 714-333-2952. The persons on the other end of the phone had heavy indian accents. I alerted them that our call was being recorded and that I understood this to be an illegal solicitation. They hung up.

I'm getting the same phone calls, with the same messages. They tell me to call 213-550-4175.I have filed a report with the FCC

I also received a call from these people threatening me. Told me that I would be arrest at my place of business. Called me a few times a day for over a week. When I had an attorney's office call them, they claimed they worked for CashNet legal department. I contacted CashNet and they stated that I have never had an account with them. I told this to the person calling me. He continued to call me on my job and I told him I will not speak to him. He told me that I would have to pay $5 - $6 K to them if I did not settle this immediately. I told him to please prove the debt. He claimed he would prove it and that I never asked him to prove the debt and that they record all phone calls. When I refused to speak to him any further, he called the COO of the company I work for complaining about the debt!!!!!! The COO told them not to call here anymore harrassing his employees. I haven't heard from them in over 24 hours.

'Jennifer' who was clearly calling from a room in India with a LOT of other people said I was being served a warrant/affadafit/citation or whatever the next day. She had my bank account number, social security number, references, address, everything.I am SO freaked out now.

I just got this same phone call and looked up the number and found this site. I didn't answer it and they never left a message, but I heard about this before and I have moved and changed jobs and banks so the only thing they have is my phone number and ssc#.

Phone call claiming to be from a law firm with a very thick accent. The guy asked for my attorney's name and information. I refused to provide or confirm information with them and they started getting angry with me. I had to repeat myself six times attempting to get their law firm name and license information. They said a law enforcement will serve me my papers tomorrow at 11am. If I didn't comply I will be arrested if I do not take care of this alleged legal case agaisnt me. I googled and found out it was a scam.

Did anything happen. THE EXACT THING happened to me today. They had all that info about me and it makes me nervous.
