I had the same call,how do they know our personal info like last 4 of the social security, bank acct # and address? someone please help this is scary

I am a current Employer and we have been getting these calls for a previous employee who has since left the company. They called us from the 941-961-8518 number and leave a very nasty message for the previous employee. It was an Indian guy who states in the message " please contact us asap in regards to this matter" If you should not return my call my god have mercy on your soul...I mean come on..what kind of collector is that. Then he left a return number of 310-421-9582 but, when i try calling the number to advise him that the employee no longer works here all i get is a busy signal every time. Unfortunately, the call never comes through while i am here to answer the phone.

I can not even begin to tell you how frustrated I am with these people. First off, they call me yesterday and tell me that I have three counts against me and that they would be coming to get me today and that if I was not at home they would come get me at work. They only way out of this for me would be to send them $5,000 some odd dollars. I am trying to explain to "Robert Jones" that I can't understand him. There is too much noise in the background and his accent is so strong that I can't make sense of what he is saying. He proceeds to read me my "affidavit" Again, I tell him that I don't understand. Then he transfers me to finance to take care of this debt. I really can not understand "Justin Smith." He really got mad and said to me "Can you not understand English?" at which point he hung up on me. I called the company that they said I owed all this money to. She assured me that I did not have an account with them and that they were investigating this scam. Long story short they have continued to harrass me and my friend and my cousin. Not only did they call me six times yesterday, they have called another five times today. They do have my ss#, my home address, my cell #, my home # and where I bank. They probably wouldn't have my home # but my husband, which is a police officer, called Robert Jones back from the home number and had quiet a few choice words for him. Not only are they calling for money, they are making sexual threats to me as well. He wanted to be my friend's "friend" and wanted to marry my cousin. What kind of sick ba****ds are these people? My husband did find out that the 941-961-8518 number is a pre-paid verizon wireless cell phone. He contacted Verizon and was told that the number was disconnected. This is incorrect as they had called me from that number 30 minutes prior. I don't know what it is going to take to stop these people but something has got to give. My husband even told them that he was a police officer yet they continue to call. I hate to even post this on here because I am sure that they are on here frequently checking this to see what kind of distress that they are causing people. I am sure that it makes their day.

Received a call this morning. The caller ID said "wireless caller"...when I called the number back, a Verizon Wireless Recording said the number had been disconnected.

what was his name and did they say that the police comin to your house to pick you up

The original call cam from 941-961-8518 on the voice mail sounded like someone was talking in a factory in ASIA..They could barely speak english. And the call back number was 310-362-9322. By the time I finished with them today they had there number disconnected. The funny part is that I really do have a loan in good standing with Cash net

I recieved a phone call from this number yesterday at 4.30pm. Didnt get a chance to talk to this individual just had a voicemail. his name was Mark Harrison at least thats what it sounded like. His voicemail stated that I needed to get my attorney of records or myself to call him back immediately to this number (310) 362-9322 regarding something very important. If I do not call him back he seemed to make a sort of a threatening statement and good luck. I couldnt quite hear him correctly. The background was noisy and he had this strong accent. Well today he gave me a call back again only this time he called me at work and used a different number (212)461-4418. Only this time I answered very rudely and which then he hung up. I dont know what these people have on me nor do I know how they retreived my cell number as well as my work number. Speaking to a Secret Service Agent, I was told to just keep logging the calls from this a-hole and that the agent will be in contact with me soon. Just curious, has anyone made any purchases recently this year from ebay? Any type of transactions regarding disneyland or any type of theme parks? Im just trying to figure out certain things I have done recently that may have resulted in getting my info out.I just this hope this all ends soon for all of us.

i got a call this morning stating that i owed 1,095 payday loan in which i never recieved one and that i will be arrested friday may 8,2009 11.00am wit two police officers. The man name was matthew and called from 9419618518. What a scam because it is convicing!!! all the information is true which is your personal life... dont get trap because i was for a minute in which i knew that it wasnt true at all.......be safe and put out and fraud alert asap

A man with a broken acent called stating that I have committed a federal crime. He instructed me to dial another number (couldnt understand what he was saying). I wrote down the number that was on my caller id and tried to call back to find out what he was saying. When I dialed it said it was a verizon wireless that was not in service. He called me back three additional times. I informed him that I was not calling anyone that if they needed to speak to me, they should give me a call.

I just received another call from these very threatning people. I was a victim of their game and lost 500 dollars. I have gotten the FBI involved and placed a security on my identity through the credit bureau's. I turned the table on them. Mr Allen Smith and told him that I am on to him and He might want to bury himself before I catch him. loser --- m-----f-----. You have got to be a sorry ---. To prey on hard working people.
