Our company is getting calls from the same number. He's tying up all our lines. We tried calling the FCC - of course they said they can do nothing. Were you able to get anymore information? Our phone lines are VoIP, so we can't do the *69 block.

I got a call from a lady in India who I couldn't understand at all, asked me what the last four of my social was, I asked her what company she was calling from, again, I couldn't understand her. I got a voicemail a few minutes later, my phone never even rang, same guy was telling me that if I didnt call him today, that police were going to show at my house on Wednesday and take me to the court house, and God bless my children. (Of which I don't have any.) I tried calling back the number he left, but it was a busy number. The same crazy lady called me again, I hung up on her, she called back all pissed off that I hung up on her. I asked to speak with someone that speaks english, and some male supervisor came on the line, asking for my reference number, of which I dont have, he asked me if I had an attorney, I have no idea what they are calling for let alone have an attorney. He said that I took out a pay day loan in 2007 and failed to pay it back. I never have taken out a pay day loan in my life. He then got very loud with me and started shouting out my social security number at me and told me he could track me down in 5 minutes. I told him to go ahead and do that, my dad is an FBI agent and he would love to meet you. He then said he will and hung up on me. I haven't gotten any calls since. We'll see.

I got a call from a man named Shawn Richards, this morning saying that i had a loan out that i never paid back... which i knew was not correct because i always pay back my loans on time. However, he continued to push me and so i started to think that i might have missed one. I asked him who was the lender and he said cashnet... okay. there are a lot of lenders with that in their name. he asked me for my attorneys number. i happen to have an attorney so i gave him his number. he never called him. i told him i would take care of it and he told me to fax a letter saying exactly this... "I, my name, authorize the creditor to make a payment of, blank amount of money, with my credit card or debit card. then put my card number. sign it and put the last four of my social." i wrote it down as he said but never faxed it. the number he gave me to fax was 714-710-4103. he called me a couple hours later to ask why i never sent it. i told him i spoke with my attorney and he said to not send the money, and he then began to yell at me. and so i hung up on him. he then called right back and continued to yell at me. i asked him a couple basic questions about the loan. such as lender name, date borrow, date dued, and amount borrowed but he could not answer and became angry again and begun to yell again. so i hang up. an hour later he called my number asking for a different person. and i said sorry wrong number and hung up. whenever i tried calling any of the numbers they were either busy or non-existing. every time he called there was always a lot of background noise. the other numbers he had given me were. 831-219-7605, 941-961-8518, 831-214-7605. if they call me again i will file a report against them with my local police.dont give them any information, and i recomend you ask them to stop calling you or you will file a report for harrasment.

I got this call from a guy stating that I had a pay day loan that I never payed back and that I need to pay $1095 or I will spend Christmas in jail. This # was on my caller id on my cell phone. They also been calling my work. They had my information also. This was the same guy that call me on the from this other number (831)219-7605 Stating that he was an attorney of law.

Received call from this number saying that there is a complaint against me. Asked me for personal details - at which point I told him to send the complaint in writing to my address (which of course I did not divulge) for me to respond.

I have recieved many calls from this number and each time it is the same man with a different name. He advised me that I had unpaid loans and if I did not pay them I would be arrested. He had my full social security number, address, etc... all of my personal information. There is a lot of backround noise and his accent is real thick. This is a scam. The number is a Verizon number but when you call it back it tells you that they cannot be reached. I have otehr numbers from this scam and they all cannot be reached. Do not give them any money!!!

I had the same people call me, and I contacted the Secret Service and they said that it was a scam. I gave them the phone number and they said that they would take care of it. I received another call from them just a few minutes ago. The secret service agent said to just ignore the call when that number comes up.

These people are calling me too. The caller id says this is a cell phone number. My first call was on Christmas eve, someone with a very thick Indian accent informed my mom that I would be arrested by the police on Christmas eve and would have to spend Christmas in jail. These people scared my poor mother to death! Since then some claiming that is name is "James Johnson" keeps calling and leaving messages for me to call him back at an 831-219-7605 or 831-214-7604 number or risk being arrested that evening. They never give you a name of the company they are calling inreference to. He then rudely wishes me good luck before hanging up. I have kept all the messages just in case I really need them.

they called my cell phone number b/c I had my home phone changed to stop them! Now, they are calling my cell phone number! I have already reported this group once and I guess I will need to do it again! Any time it's the 941 area code, I was told it is surely a scam!!! If they consistently are calling but leaving no message, then bet on it being a scam!! BE CAREFUL! They sound very convincing!

These people have been calling my house. My mother in law answered it today and they are asking for me. First I never put my phone number on anything over the internet. So how did they get my phone number. My mother in law told them that I dont live here. But now after reading everything about them, I dont know if I should be worried about my identity or not.They finally stopped calling after my mother in law said that she was going to sue them for harassment
