These basterds kept calling my phone threating me and my home. It sound like he was in a room full people on the phone. He was very angry and I never heard a bill collector so mad in my life. Then he said Californias State Attorney Office will be calling me. First off I never known a person to go to court for a past due bill. Second I haven't even heard of the damn company and third I have never took out a damn payday loan. If they call don't answer the phone its a scam to get your financial information.

Jimmy Mac called, said he was "an attorney for a law firm".Me: No your notJM: Yes, I amMe: No, You're a Nigerian scammer, and are calling from NigeriaJM: No, I am an attorney in California, I am calling about a loan you owe...Me(Laughing loudly) You're not calling from California, You're calling from Nigeria LOLOLOL JM (Screaming): You owe on this.....Me: BWAAAA HAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!JM: You must talk to my supervisor! HOLD!I was setting up my phone to record, and missed their next call, but Jimmy Mac left a message saying the Location Officers would come get me and drag me to the court house if I didn't return his call in 10 minutes. I tried calling back, to get it recorded so I can post it somewhere, but it was busy. I'm a prank call enthusiast and would love to add Jimmy Mac to my portfolio!

oh my god i just got this same call today it was an Indian lady i couldnt understand anything she said sound like she had a gargled call voice she kept switching lines or channels i should say, when i asked her when the loan was taken or supposedly deposited in my account she couldnt tell me, told her i had proof of my bank statements and she went on to tell me that it was too late i would be probably be arrested tomorrow when the oficer serves me papers tomorrow. I am so glad i decided to do research on this because iam a singl mother ad i dont needthis

Laugh at them, they get hystarical. Yelling, fighting won't work with these people, they can't understand English. Laughing is universal, and insulting.

a male with a strong middle eastren voice, left a voice mail on my phone demanding to speak with me or my attorney and the earliest of times. he was completely rude and obnoxious. He did not identify where he was from or who he represented just that it would be in my best interest if I or my attorney needed to contact him as soon as possible. He said that if I didn't contact him that my future would have serious consequences. I called the man after hearing the message and reached someone named ryan with the thick middle-eastren voice, and he began to ask all knids of personal questions, would not identify who he was or who he worked for or what I had done. He justkept yelling at me to give him my banks name or my lawyer and I told him I was contacting the police. I reported it to both my local police and the secret service as well.

Called to say they were calling from the Law Office from California. I just loked the number up online and read the blogs and let thme know that they are a SCAM and have been reported. very noisy in the back ground and the guy just then hung up!!!

I forgot to say in my first post. These guys are criminals. they are breaking tons of laws and the secret service is on thier butts. Definantly close your current bank account put a freeze on it right away, in poerson and open a new account. do not put that account on your computer. your bank will set up a safe way to online bank. Also, you may want to lookout for a withdrawl from your checking account from idtheft compasy. this has happened to me connecte3d with the payday loan process.

RECEIVED CALL ON CELL AND AT WORK FROM +941-961-8518. HAD THE SAME STORY AS EVERYONE ELSE. HE WAS REPRESENTING "THE LAW FIRM". CALLED THE NUMBER BACK & IT WENT TO A DISCONNECTED VERIZON PHONE. I KNEW I DIDN'T OWE ANYTHING. THE REQUEST FOR A NUMBER TO CALL BACK AND FOR ALL LEGAL DOCUMENTS TO BE MAILED TO ME WERE DENIED OF COURSE. AFTER HIS ATTEMPT TO INTIMIDATE ME. WHICH WAS QUITE ENTERTAINING. I REQUESTED THAT THEY REMOVE MY NUMBERS FROM THERE LIST. HE HAD THE ORDASITY TO CALL MY WORK# RIGHT BACK! THEY COULD AT LEAST GET SOME PEOPLE WHO ARE BELIEVABLE. I PRAY FOR ANYONE WHO GAVE THEM ANY INFORMATION.
