They are just doing their job, man. Why yank on an American business' chain and waste their money? I suppose you do not mind Walmart Chinese slave labor purchases, but you want to mess with a guy just trying to do his job? I just tell them not interested. If you keep asking for them to mail you something you stay on the list. That is wasting YOUR time, too.

I do not think it is unlawful to call someone or did they repeal the 1st amendment? Just tell them no and move on, or call them and say do not call. No business will call someone not interested. My state also has no caller list here in Texas.

Guys like you make my living. I invested in Gulf Coast Western AFTER finding out they have NEVER been sued by a single client ever. In business since 1970. I marvel at these blogs and wonder why more companies don't sue guys like you.

I believe they are selling a slice of a general partnership that is not registered with the SEC, so they are selling an unregistered security. I plan on calling the SEC but it will probaly do no good. Remember Madoff! The salesman was very slick and I would not buy anything that they are selling.

LOL Well I am a former employee of gulf coast western and everyone needs to know that the owner of the company has felony records ranging from a cocaine charge to felony theft of over $160,000. When I found out about these things when I was in training I asked questions cause when I would call investors and they actually do research like they should they would find these things out and half the battle with investors is getting them to look past all that cause it comes up almost every time. They are all money hungry and they dont care about any investors or anything even close. I worked there a very short time and had to leave. Oil and Gas can be great for tax breaks but dont invest thinking u are gonna make alot of money cause the odds are u wont and gulf coast western takes a huge chunk of your money that never gets invested. You pay them 60k the sales reps get 10k+ just for the sale and the company gets most the rest and very little goes to the oil and gas field so if you lose that money (which you almost always will) then the sales rep along with gulf coast western still get your money for there pockets but you do get to rite it all off to taxes which is good but they only call people who make 200k or more cause they want and need the money upfront but what they dont tell people is if they do hit a good well for once then in order for the investor to get paid they want even more cash they just dont tell you up front. And if anyone is curious they get your numbers from marketing firms and surveys. so if you have ever invested in stock before or real estate or ever filled out a survey online or in the mall or anything and said you were a business owner or made a certain amount or are worth a certain amount they will get your number and never stop calling. if anyone has anymore questions please fill free to contact me. Oh and before I forget the people in charge are the most raciest and sexest people a company could have. they tell us not to sell to anyone but white people cause all other races dont buy and never sell a woman or even get the wife involved cause they wont ever risk anything. we were told to hang up on any woman or wife if they asked what it was about and just practice on all the other races cause they wont buy but can make good practice. All this is the reason I left and want to sue and bring all this up to higher athority but I dont know where to go with it. anyone have any ideas or anything?

Keeps calling. I do not take such calls, but they keep trying.

I have started receiving calls from 972-284-0600 for the past two days. I don't know who it is, they leave no message. I was dealing with another comapny in the oil and gas business, but not this number. My phone is on the do not call list.
