Caller ID just said Texas. I don't answer if I dont recognise the caller. An automated call from Social Security left a msg on my voicemail informing me I had not returned paperwork to them. The msg provided the SSA toll free ph # to call if I had questions. Some people on this site have said it's a scam, not really Social Security. IT IS one of the SSA's automated msg ph numbers. Its not a scam. Or, at least, the call I received was legitimate. But, I do know that pretty much anybody can spoof any number. Be careful of anybody who call you and asks for your personal info. SSA doesn't just call people out of the blue to ask personal questions. And, they dont have promotions such as Wal-Mart gift card giveaways.
so the president sends out cell phones and plans.....c'mon... the government cell phone plan was initiate and signed by the senate and congress. Which I remind all of you was being controlled by the dem's... along with Obamacare. If you qualified for Obamacare you also qualified for the gvt cell phone plan. They came about approx. at the same time..... c'mon ppl
I was in the shower and someone from that number called me. When I went to return a recording came on saying "The wireless customer you are calling is not available" There was no message left. I am sure if it was the SSA they would have someone to take the call.
I just called Social Security office and they said it was Not Them Calling. They never heard of America Voice ( caller ID). Woman at the real SS office told me they have all my info they need. And warned me not to give any info over phone or call any number that caller gave me. So it's a Scam
SS Administration doesn't have my cell number so...do what you want but I didn't even answer
First Soc sec doesn't use this number if you have appointment your local soc sec office calls you. It is a scam it's saying the number or code you enter is wrong... It is a scam I have no business with Soc Sec at all. My cousin works there and informed it is a scam!
Received a call ID'd as American Voice. It was a message stating I had been mailed a letter offering assistance with prescription costs for Medicare, and they had not received a reply. I could either return the form, call, or contact SSA online for further information or apply. It was no SCAM.
