Marlett called me and said that she was gonna file my case. i asked her the simple question "file it how" yknow filing could be a lot of things and i just wanted to know if she was filing it with a lawyer or what and i even asked that specifically. she got a little nasty and started saying stuff like maam i suggest you seek legal advice because with your attitude it sounds like you cant pay so i'm gonna file it. it was almost like she was bluffing because she couldn't tell me whether she was filing it legally, or reporting to my credit, or filing it in their files or something. it just sounded like a load of crap. how do these debt collectors sleep at night? like some lawyer is going to take a case for someone who owes less than $300. she didn't even give me an opportunity to make payment arrangements. AND she would not submit anything she was telling me in writing. she would not mail me anything that contained any information about a "case". whatever. how can they expect to collect a debt when they have already assumed i wasn't going to pay? life happens and people forget about minimal things. i have other bills that are more pressing.

so this guy mr. paul johnson keeps harrassing me... he called me at 930 pm on sunday night!!! can you believe that... what an [***]... anyways he told my boss today all my personal info and that i needed to contact my attny and have paperwork by noon... he just called at 930..and i dont have an attorney... am i really going to get sued?????

Can they call the cops on u? Because I heard by someone that if u don't respond them that they can arrest u or sue u? Is it true? And yes they are very rude!

This call came in to my cell phone before 7 a.m. PST. Caller left a message saying he was case manager Mr. Dexter and that I needed to call him immediately. I came to this site first and I am glad that I did. I will not be returning his call.

They can call your job..they may not ask for you..but they can call to verify employment and demographic information...it's in the contract..maybe you should read it before you sign it.

No they can't, your original contract states that you will settle outside of court in mediation. Mediation is a civil setting so if they call with such threats I would say okay, please supply me with the court information which you are filing and or the precinct and you will see them try to avoid the facts.

So this Dude "Ramirez" is looking for a guy that works here. He must not understand "He is not here today because he is SICK!" so he continues to call harassing anyone that picks up the phone (NICE). His Number 972-550-5000 Extension Number 7760 ~

Any victims of such phone calls from this company needs to report this to the Attorney General. With enough calls, they will be sued, shut down,and prosecuted.
