I had a very rude representative call my place of employment and then he called my human resource's office to tell on me. But when I pay them I will never come back to this company ever again.

What a bunch of cry babies, what has not been brought up in any of these postings is the fact that Ace keeps the loan in a customer service type department for approx. 90 days before they send it to the next level which is what most of these complaints are regarding. Now tell me this, if one of you had loaned money to help someone out of a jam, and they promised that they would pay you back on payday but then come up with another story and put it off and tell you 2 more weeks, then it happens again, and again. I doubt anyone of you would let 3 months go by before escalating your demands for payment. Lets not forget that writing a bad check is still against the law, and Ace allows more time then most before filing a case on a bad check!

You can't file for a bad check on a payday loan.

i got a call at work today, i knew it was a debt collector, i kindly gave him my cell and asked him not to call me ever at work, he tried to have me write down his number because i had to call him back or else there was some case against me. he was very rude. i believe the call came from that number because it later appeared as a missed on my bf celll phone.

I just wanted to let you know that ACE just called me and yes they have given my supervisor information that is not asked of them, they have also contacted me tonight and told me he was a sargent with the Local police department and was going to filing against me. I told the gentleman that I have already spoken to ACE and attempted to set up a payment arrangement and was told that I would have to pay 1000.00 on a loan for 250.00 I told him that was ridiculous. he then told me that I would be arrested and to just deal with it.

just received a call from 972-550-5000. this is regard a loan I took out with ACE CHECK CASHING. I KNOW I OWE THE DEBT AND HAVE TOOK OUT SEVERAL PAYDAY LOANS IN THE PAST AND PLAN ON THE DEBT. I AM ABOUT TO FAX A CEASE NOTICE TO THEM THEY ARE CALLING ON MY CELLPHONE AND IT COST ME MINUTES EVERYTIME I ANSWER IT. SPOKE WITH AN OFFICER WILLIAMS VERY RUDE. I AM IN COLLECTIONS FIRST OFF SHE SAID I WROTE A BAD CHECK I DID MY APPLICATION VIA ONLINE I DID NOT GIVE THEM A CHECK. WILL FILL AN COMPLAINT WITH THE FDCPA SHE DID NOT READ ME MY MIRANDA RIGHTS. THE STUPID IDIOTS DON'T EVEN HAVE MY ADDRESS WANTED ME TO VERIFY MY INFO TOLD HER TO GIVE IT TO ME I WILL LET HER KNOW IF IT IS CORRECT OR NOT SHE THEN BECAME VERY UPSET SD THAT SHE WILL FILL AGAINST ME AND NOTE A REFUSAL TO PAY

This company is unbelievable.... I told them I would like to make the payment and clear it up with them but that it would take a week or so.... not good enough for them. I have until noon tomorrow. Well, I don't have it now because I get paid by commission only and I haven't had a commission in 90 days. Ms. Woods replied, that's not her problem. Very rude but told me I was rude. I replied, I'm not being rude, I just don't have it right now but plan to take care of this asap. Well, if you don't take care of it by noon tomorrow, we will file. I said ok, do that. Take me to court. She said, it wouldn't go to court?? Enough is enough already.... being rude, loud, and harrassing is not going to get you anywhere, especially with me. I know I owe you, but I don't have it now!!! It is what it is. Call all you want. And for most cell phones, there's an app called Mr. Number... it can block unwanted, blocked or restricted calls from your cell phone. Just identify the number you want blocked and everytime they call, it will go straight to voicemail. The app is even FREE.

Rude threatening man from Ace who uses terminology that makes it sound like if I don't do as he says I will die or something. I told him to stop calling me work number he was evil!
