I am disabled so my girlfriend then, now wife had a problem paying back a loan. They have called her and made death threats saying they know where her mother is and family and tried to pull the "case is filed unless you pay us now", then continued to say after monday it would be double that. Then said I couldn't pay..hung up on me and told me not to call them. She called herself Mrs Waffer....I talked to her boss...and I told him I am filing criminal charges against her..he transfers me to her...then I tell her I want to speak with her boss...she wasn't happy..then I got put on hold 15 mins then disconnected. I tried to call back...said they are closed...when my phone calls them I go directly to the closed message...I talked to a lawyer...they will most likely owe us money now he said. When she called me days before I told her I recorded her threating my wife..and she flipped a gasket...never have I meat such a b!tch.Note: They have private investigator software and can find out who you slept with in highschool just about. They knew who I was before I even married my wife. They knew where I lived and all my personal information. They are wicked. You can wiki them and see..nasty people. No respect...even when you call like I did to resolve the debt..they wouldn't let me..told me they filed....

This lady keeps calling and has obviously gotten my managers and owners name of my company. Can they legally talk to them? It must be ACE.

I recvd several calls from Mr. Brum he made me think that if I didn't pay ACE back immediately that he would have me arrested at my new job. I told him I could pay it in 10 days but he was going to let my boss know what was going on if I didn't have the money by noon the next day. I had to pawn everything I owned to pay him and then he tells me that I am free to take out another loan if I want to get my things from the pawn shop! Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ace Cash Express. What a real quality organization! I received a call from Mr. Ramirez who promptly addressed me by my first name so I told him that he could address me as Mr. _______. These guys are pretending to be Private Investigators but they are really just clerks that work in a call center. If one of these dummies calls you tell them to blow it out thier [***]! I think I might do some real investigating and start posting thier first names on this website so we can call them and piss them off. Remember they get paid commision on what they collect. Lets help them pursue a different career path.

Yes they can call your job for employment purposes. They told me they were calling my job for verification, then the next day my district manager told me that they told him everything about my account, which is very illegal. I have spoken to Mr. Brown and Mrs. Tolvar at Ace America and they both had told me they would not give out any personal information, and then they did. I am currently seeking legal advise in this matter.

I recieved a call from from a MR. WILLIS. From the second I answered the phone he was rude and unprofessional. He claims he is doing an investigation and needed me to pay the debt on my account. He would not agree on any payment plans and expected me to give him my personal account information over the phone including my credit card number. I told him unless I had it in writting I was not going to pay anything. He began to acuse me of being stupid and irresponsible. This is not the professional way to handle a BUISNESS MATTER (like he claims) He has not stopped calling me for months!!!I HATE HIM!!!!

This company called my job while I was off for the day. When my associate said I was unavailable, the guy on the phone asked for our District Managers number, when she would not give it to him he became VERY RUDE. He told her she obviously doesn't know how to do her job because she has to release that information. She told him that she has been intructed by the manager not to give out this info, he then asked her name and said he was going to report her. He then called another location and reported that she was rude to him and uncooperative with him. He finally got ahold of my DM and told him I am in collections with Ace and that they will prosecute me if he doesn't get ahold of me (very illegal). I was offended and felt harrassed at this point because I had already had contact with them and tried to set an arrangement to take care of it and they refused it saying it was not good enough. Now they will get nothing from me until our day in court.

Get hang up calls all the time

I need them to stop calling my work I am getting in trouble for people calling me here.
