I'm 21 currently in school. I just received a missed call from this number on my cell phone.The only known debt I have is a student loan with Sallie Mae for under 6,000 USD. I just contacted Sallie Mae and they said my payments do not start until 2010. I am baffled why a collection agency is calling me.The only other type of debt I had was a Bank of America credit card, which I payed off, canceled and cut up. I haven't received any paperwork from BoA in over a year, so I know that isn't the account in question.After reading these comments, I am weary to call back. I will answer if they call again. But I will not give out my name or my social, and only ask for information linked to my phone number.

Actually Zwicker was hired by your creditors. They won't speak to you, they will tell you to talk to Zwicker. The same would happen if YOU hired and attorney - creditors could not speak to you, they would have to speak to your attorney due to whats called a "power of attorney". When you send a check to your creditor, they foreword it to Zwicker because all accounts in their office are considered work that the company has already done .They are bound by a contract and required to compensate Zwicker for all money collected while it is in their office.Also, Zwicker will probably settle the debt for a lesser amount. If you send a payment in without communicating with Zwicker, it will be applied to the full balance an not a settlement. SWEET is an ignorant fool. Listen to SWEET if you are also an ignorant fool.

I have been getting threating phone calls from this agency for two months..And they are looking for someone else.. yet continually call me.......They are rude and refuse to take my phone number out of the file to stop calls....Anyone know what can be done?

Calling me repeatedly at work and it is against company policy to receive these type calls at or during work hours!

for last six months have gotten calls from these yahoos/aaking to talk to someone wiuth my last name but different first. i have recorded most of them and told them i am not that lady, well whats u name, where do u live., do u know who -they keep asking.,'ive told them if they keep calling i will file harrassement charges today they called i told guy what been goin on/asked to have them quit callin me;when he looked up the name of my phone number he goes oh u rnt jennifer.duhhe said he would take me off listya i heard that last spring

They are wrong! This so called collector person goes on places like this to see what people are doing to avoid paying his place of employment! Listen to him YOU will be happy! NOT!!!!! The places you have credit with sell off your debt for pennies and then these clowns try to get the full amount! They are not out to save you money they are out to make a buck! Please tell me I am wrong Collector! You’re just a person with a phone that’s it! Come to my house and try to collect from me see what happens!
