Yes I would love for Zwicker & Associates to play any recording they have of me especially since they violated our State laws in CA saying they need to have my permission to record me. Just as Verizon of CA, they got slammed for doing this same thing. Now Verizon has to give you this disclaimer on every call with them and allow you to decline being recorded, even when you call 411.Zwicker & Associates are scumbag collectors who do in fact try to pass themselves off as attorneys. They have violated every Fair Debt Collection practices both in the State of California and Federally. The people who work for them are functionally illiterate and probably thugs with bad credit themselves. My advice, get your own attorney and sue them. I am in the process of doing just that. Make sure you hire a consumer attorney.

What can they do if you don't have wages to garnish? I've been out of work for 7 months and only have unemployment. I always had at least 60,000 in equity for an emergency but now, my house is worth less than the mortgage. I went through my savings trying to keep bills current but-We are not all deadbeats. Unemployment in my state is over 10% and nobody is hiring. I have applied for hundreds of jobs and don't hear a thing.

received a call from someone named Shawn Holland...he explained that it was regarding a debt...after going over some numbers and him " working his majic " he could get a settlement reduced...i explained that i was vacationing in South Beach Florida...Shawn asked if i knew a place there called Salvation...it is a gay guy meat market night club!!!!!...he told me he enjoyed prancing on the bar in his leather Daisy Duke shorts for all the men there to see...afterwards he said he would "work his majic" at the Glory Holes in the bathroom stalls...taking on as many as 100 guys every night who would drench him with their man juices!!!! sometimes holding sword fighting contest with several guys in his mouth at the same time!!!!!...the truth has been spoken

Let me know about the class action lawsuit too!!! I have been harrassed by these scums for several months on a Discover card issue. I, too, lost my job over a year ago and have not been able to pay bills the way I did when I actually had an income. So I want in on the class action lawsuit, as Zwicker is claiming that I have failed to respond to their threats, when I have copies of all of the written correspondence to them.
