you must be talking about citi bank , their scum sucking pigs , if you accept the program and if you don,t have the amount in the bank when they " auto withdraw " because of financial problems they charge back interest at a what i call an loan shark rate and late charges from the date of the agreement , and if you call to postpone the payment they tell you they will cancell the agreement . [***] them we " the taxpayer " bailed out their [***] and as far as i'm concerned were even and not paying any more to these government sponsered gangsters and i hope to start seeing some of them in the headlines " found on road DEAD !!!!!

I was called and immediately asked for my name and the guy wanted, right off the bat, if the last digits of my Social Security number were correct and was I the person that he wanted to talk to. I refused to answer the question about my Social. He then asked to identify me by my address. I let him have that one. Then, he said he was going to record me and did he have my permission. At this point I didn't care because what was there about me that I wasn't going to be honest about? I told him I was on SSI, a Social Security program, and that all of my income was exempt from collection. He then asked me if, just because I was on SSI, did it mean I didn't have to pay my bills? I said, of course not! I told him I just didn't have it, that's all. I can't remember what went on from there forward. I just know that he was trying to corner me and cause me to say something that would make me look very guilty for not paying my debt. So I finally said that I don't have to take this anymore and said "Bye".
